Living Room & Kitchen
Relax in the L-shaped sofa and enjoy the smart TV in the inviting living area. The open-plan kitchen features a breakfast bar, ample storage, a washer, microwave, fridge, stove, and all the essentials, including a Nespresso capsule machine and kettle. It’s a fully stocked kitchen ready for your needs.
Bedroom
The bedroom boasts a premium 160x200 wooden bed with a high-quality mattress, a spacious mirrored wardrobe, and an AC unit. Flooded with natural light, it’s the perfect space to unwind.
Bathroom
A brand-new bathroom with premium fittings awaits, featuring a modern shower cabin with excellent water pressure and hot water.
The Area
Situated in the most central part of Yerevan, you’re surrounded by premium restaurants, bars, and cafes, all within walking distance. The building itself offers unmatched security and comfort, making it the perfect place for your stay.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
