Absolutely LOVED staying at Juan Carlos's bungalow!! It was charming, clean, and very homey. JC was so incredibly welcoming and had so many ideas and suggesting on places and restaurants to go to (all which were awesome!). Him and his wife were super sweet to bring us breakfast to our door every morning. I definitely recommend to this place if you are looking to enjoy Cusco like a local.
Our time with Juan Carlos and Laura was the best part of our trip. The bungalows are lovely and comfortable and their attention to detail and service was unmatched by any of our other hosts. Their grounds are beautiful and green and lovely to walk through with a babbling stream outside our window to lull us to sleep. They are great, caring hosts who will make sure that by the time you leave, you love the sacred valley as much as they do.
We loved to stay with Juan Carlos & Laura! They were such nice people and enjoyed having wine with them on their beautiful grounds!! They were so friendly and helpful with planning our trip and once we arrived! It's in a great location and so peaceful! Highlight recommend their place!
We loved our stay in the bungalo. Juan Carlos is kind, honest and helped us with our unique diet setting us up with a friend in town to cook us a custom healthy meal! The land is beautiful and well kept, I would highly recommend for a peaceful retreat like setting in urubamba. Thank you!
My stay in Urubamba with Juan Carlos and family was a wonderful experience! I had a huge bungalow with kitchenette, living room, private bath room and a nice bed room. Juan Carlos knows the Sacred Valley very well and I did several wonderful walking tours. Urubamba is an ideal place to stay if you want to visit Ollantaytambo and the ruins. In fact, Urubamba is ideal to stay if you want to visit the entire Sacred Valley. But do not do it in one day as most tourist operators do it with the tourists. You need 3-5 days if you want to enjoy visiting the Sacred Valley without hassle (plus 1-2 days for Machu Picchu).

About the Host, Juan Carlos
