About This Listing
This is a family home, it was built in 1920, so it has a heritage value, very close to the tradicional market and the main square (7 min flat walking).
My mother will be at home to help you most of the time, we can offer you basic and clean rooms and a nice traditional coca te when you arrive! good for altitude sickness.
We can also pick you up, so we need your arriving details. See you soon!

Esperamos amistad sincera, intercambio de conocimientos, sentimientos de familia, y finalmente volver a atenderlos a través de sus amistades a lo largo del tiempo.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Liz, Mercedes, and David were wonderful. Great price for simple accommodations in a great part of town.
Other reviewers have said it well: Casa de Hospedaje Easy Travel is not done up as a modern, polished operation. But it has a wonderful charm none-the-less totally owing to the friendliness and graciousness of the Llerena family. The father, Ernesto, was especially helpful in showing me around town, and even assisting me in a little shopping. And you will be physically comfortable here--great beds, space heaters, nice bathrooms, breakfast on a tray to your room. All this plus a great location. Thank you Familia Llerena!
Liz waited me at the airport and had me a coca tea. All of her family members were so sweet. But as I could't speak Spanish, it was hard to communicate. Especially concerning the extension of my stay, there was a confusion between us on payment.
If you need quite place to stay in, Liz's house is good to stay. But as it is traditional house, you can hear the sound of every step from upstairs. But as I was able to use huge roOm alone with private bathroom, it was perfect for me to prepare hiking Machu Picchu. It's located near San Pedro market, where is local area rather than tourist one.
Liz was very helpful in helping me make transportation arrangements to get to Cusco, from a train station. iMaps and google don't show the street that the property is located on, so make sure you realize that if you use those apps as a guide. Ask for the house number and street and you should have no problems.
Liz and her mom were very at tentative when I had a stomach bug and called they doctor to get advice. The property is very safe and has a large and beautiful garden in the middle all surrounded by the two storey building. Minutes walking from the main square. Great experience.
A great and affordable place to stay for visitors looking for a charming, rustic experience in Cusco! Liz and her mother were both extremely welcoming, and their hospitality was first-rate! Liz's mother was even kind enough to pick us up at the airport and to make up an extra bed for a third guest. Plus: they were both extremely forgiving of my elementary Spanish speaking abilities! Good location just steps from a major plaza and a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. One note: this is a courtyard-style home with a security gate that they like to close in the evening around 10:00 p.m., so make sure to let Liz know your specific travel plans for each day (so you don't get locked out)!
My brothers and I booked with Liz via instant book. Our reservations with a different hostel fell thru and we were in a pinch. Thankfully we found Liz's listing! Liz was so friendly and accommodating. My brothers and I had gotten back from a 4 day trek to Machu Picchu and arrived back to Cusco very late. We communicated with Liz that we would be in late and she was fine with that. When we arrived Liz greeted us warmly and offered us hot water and a very spacious room with three beds and a heater. The private bathroom was big and nice. There was a separate bathroom out back with a hot water shower. The part of town we stayed in was close to the plaza and restaurants. Thank you, Liz! You saved us from sleeping out in the cold streets of Cusco!
Liz was a wonderful host. She picked us up at the airport and we went in taxi to her unique plaza style home. (Think Roman villa: open garden in the center surrounded by about 20 bedrooms.) Upon arrival, she helped us get situated. We then departed to the town central (about two blocks away!). Liz helped us find things to do, exchange money, get our Cusco tourist tickets, and pointed us to a good restaurant. She even brought us mate de coca tea as requested which helped with the altitude change. And thank you Liz for providing all the blankets and heater for the cold nights!
