You cannot beat the location of this apartment. It is in the SE corner of Chelsea, just a few steps away from Union Square, West Village, Flatiron and Meatpacking District neighborhoods.
Beautiful pre-war 400 sq ft top-floor 1BR
This apartment faces a back courtyard with large windows in both rooms that bring in a lot of light (but there are brand new blinds if you'd also like to be a vampire). There is absolutely no street noise and the apartment is very quiet. I never even hear my neighbors.
Living room: Well-decorated and has a large couch that pulls out to accommodate sleeping room for two people. One large window. Flat-screen TV with cable/wi-fi included.
Bedroom: Large bedroom with closet and also an open area closet space with room to hang clothes. Two large windows with beautiful view of courtyard and trees.
Kitchen: Small kitchen area with all the basics... refrigerator, stove/oven, sink. There is no microwave or coffee maker but it is fully stocked with plates, silverware and glassware if you need them. I do not own many pots/pans/kitchen utensils. If you plan on cheffing it up... this probably isn't the place for you. I can, however, leave you with some great restaurant recommendations.
My apartment is the perfect getaway for either a fun party weekend in the city (you are right in the heart of it all!!!!) or to just hunker down and get some R&R.
Laundry: washer/dryer in the basement; per-lb wash-and-fold service next door

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location! I will be staying there again. Two thumbs up!
A very New York experience, close to Union Square, underground, taxis, restaurants and markets. All communication was easy, Jen's apartment was easy to find, everything was as described, and spotless! Fluffy towels and a lovely bed, with some beverages left for us in the fridge. It is a small place, but it didn't at all feel too small staying there! I would love to come and stay again. Thanks, Jennifer!
We had a great experience thanks to Jen! she was really helpful, and very quick to answer which is very reassuring (it was my first airbnb). The location is perfect and the apartment very cute. We will definitly go back to Jen's apartment!
Jen apartment was the perfect place to stay. I stayed there with 4 other friends we wanted to tour and go out, and it came out to be the perfect location. The apartment is really cozy and it feels like home. Jen made everything easy for us and was really kind to us. We had everything we needed and even more.
Its a great place to stay for holidays or just for any vacation. I will definitely go back :)
You can't beat the location of Jen's place. Subway station nearby and plenty of places around to eat and drink. Walking distance from basically all the hotspots in the city. The apartment is very comfortable. I slept in the super comfy pull out sofa bed while my two other female companions shared the big bed in the separate room. Jen wasn't in the city, but she made sure she was available at all times via phone. She even sent me her place's keys via FedEx, overnight delivery! The building has an elevator, and it is very quiet and well kept. When it went colder, we had the heater. For the very first, sort of warmer night, AC was the option-(I'm a Floridian...we are GLUED to AC's!). All in all, HIGHLY recommended place. Thanks Jen!!
