A group of 4 of us stayed in Katrin's apartment for 4 months from September to December last year. We were Australian students studying at McGill University. It was absolutely perfect- there was enough space for all of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the separate toilet ensured there weren't any issues with regards to the bathroom. The location is awesome, it's walking distance from downtown, a metro station and a very handy supermarket called PAs that is just around the corner. Katrin went out of her way to make sure everything was working well, she even dropped off a shovel after Montreal's first snow dump. Would highly recommend this apartment (and of course this city!).
Our stay at this apartment was absolutely great! The apartment was very spacious and clean, and Katrin was very accomodating with any questions we had. Great place, perfect location, would definitely stay here again. Thanks Katrin!
A very nice and clean place that is well situated for exploring all that Montreal has to offer.
The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The place looked like the pictures, was clean, and in a great location. Would stay here again!
We loved our stay at Katrin's apart, the place is perfectly located close to Plateau. Katrin and her boy friend are very accommodating; the apartment is very clean and close to every thing you need, I won't hesitate to stay there again! Thanks Katrin!
Katrin is extremely responsive and very accommodating on short notice ; the apartment in addition to be ideally located, was clean, colorful and readily set up to comfortably accommodate our big family. We are very grateful for our stay and thank Katrin for her kindness and flexibility.
Great apartment- very bright and has beautiful details. Katrin was very accommodating and always reachable. Also a great location to spend time in Montreal.
In July my family (my spouse and three kids) had an incredible stay in Montreal, and what made it really great was this fantastic place to stay.
The apartment is bright, clean, spacious and serene and its location is unbeatable. Just minutes stroll (maybe seconds!) from the Park where we picnicked and played, and just a few blocks from Park Ave, Laurier, Boulevard St Laurent - all teeming with European-like cafés, stylish people, one-of-a-kind shops and fantastic food (both grocery, restaurants and bagel – my kids loved munching on the fresh warm bagels!).
This apartment was our comfortable oasis, retreat and home base as we adventured around the brilliant city.
The rooms are spacious (the three bedrooms we used, there is a forth smaller bedroom that would be great for one), the kitchen is a good size which allowed us to host and entertain friends on a few evenings with ease.
The apartment has high ceilings and beautiful plasterwork that gives an airy art deco vibe. The bright furnishings and bed sheets I was told were made by the owner who is a fashion designer and has a boutique just a few streets over.
I just have to mention that the separate bathroom and toilet was great for our large family.
The kids loved the apartment and would run back and forth the long hardwood hallway and jump on the bed in the bedroom just off the living room. The bed was low-platform which was perfect for them to be safe and have a ball while tiring themselves out.
The living room and front and back balconies were nice places for a morning coffee or glass of wine.
The apartment has a wall-mounted flat screen with DVD player that chilled out the kids from time to time – some DVDs were on hand.
The owners were very attentive if we needed them for logistics information before arriving. One evening was quite hot outside and they dropped over an extra fan for us – nice!
During our stay we stopped by the vegan restaurant ‘Aux Vivres’ on St Laurent which we heard was run by one of the owners. We were curious to check it out given the connection and it was worth it – you should go. We had a superb and satisfying lunch!
This apartment is bright and beautifully located. It was great value and I’m recommending it to our friends and family.
To the owners - thank you for a great Montreal experience.
We very much hope to be back soon and will look to book again!
