  • Charlotte
  • Valley Cafe

By far my favorite for breakfast, take time to check out the old pictures. The new location was a bank, vault is wine storage. Deserts are worth every morsel!
    U.S. 441 Dillard GA 30537
  • Cullasaja Falls

One of the most photographed waterfalls in North Carolina. Slight pull over in a curve, but everyone knows people are there looking and photographing, just be careful, it is well worth the drive.
  • Fat Buddies Ribs & BBQ

Great BBQ! I get stuck on the Carolina tenders, I know not BBQ, but I like the pulled pork as well. You get a variety of sauce choices. The atmosphere is geared to NASCAR collectibles.
    Westgate Plaza Franklin NC 28734
  • Dry Falls

Another waterfall close to Cullasaja, this one has great parking, bathrooms, and a very nice new concrete trail. Most of the year you can walk behind this waterfall, it is a natural beauty year round.
  • Wayah Bald

Lookout tower here, dirt road. Prior to this sight left hand side look for dirt road. take it abt 1-2 miles to Morgan Rufus Trailhead. A favorite hike, has a beauty of a waterfall
