  • An open plan, split level apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom, accessed by lift in a residential apartment block moments away from the Spanish Steps, giving guests immediate access to some of the best sites and sounds in Rome. Throw in some stunning rooftop views from the apartment itself and you have the start of a perfect beginning. Very comfortable accommodation with aircon at both levels as well as wifi. Guido himself (email hidden) who made himself genuinely available. Couldn't recommend the place enough!

  • Our stay was fantastic. Guido and his wife are a lovely couple and extremely eager to ensure we had all of the information we needed for our stay. The accommodations were quite clean, with lots of natural light and open space. The location was everything we hoped it would be, centrally located, and we were able to walk everywhere to see all the big tourist spots. There were a ton of great local restaurants, and the suggestions given by Guido were top notch. We easily found the local grocery store as well thanks to his guidance. Would strongly recommend this place and would look to stay again if ever I am back in Rome.

  • We had a fantastic time in Rome and loved the apartment! It's in a great location, in the shopping district so also slightly quieter at night which was brilliant. Guido (email hidden) and organised taxis for airport pick up and return that were very helpful and removed all the stress associated with transfers. The apartment was clean and bright and the bed very large and comfortable. Only one issue is the bathroom and upstairs ceiling which is very slanted so if you're tall, it would be a bit of a pain but luckily I'm not! Great apartment and perfect host - would recommend staying here!

    Response from Guido:

Thank you for your nice review. The slanted ceiling is very common in Rome even in apartments not located at the last floor.
In the passage between the bed and the wardrobe, the ceiling is 180 to 190 cm high. In the sleeping area you can sit very comfortably, it's more airy than in the pictures. Only one bed and the bathroom are located upstairs, the main room and the kitchen are very spacious and with a very high ceiling!
    See you again!

  • My boyfriend and I traveled to Rome for vacation and this apt was IDEAL!!! LITERALLY less than a 5 min walk from the spanish steps and about 10 to the trevi fountain. We felt like locals! The apt is huge with floor to ceiling windows showing you the most amazing views of rome you could imagine! The bed was super comfy and it was nice and quiet at night! The ceiling upstairs by the bed and the bathroom is low so if you are tall (over 5ft5 you will have to duck a bit...but we were only up there to sleep and shower!) You will want to spend all your time in the huge downstairs with the view. Couldnt literally find a better location and view! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Would absolutely stay here again! And we are certainly hoping to return soon! Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

  • My parents had a wonderful stay in this appartment. You can't imagine a better location. Perfect views from the windows. In the manual for the appartment you can find everything you need. So even my parents, who didn't speak english good enough had no problems. Thank you!

  • Perfect location, stunning views, the possibility of morning walks on the Villa Borghese, the proximity to shopping-streets. Nuances, which are worth noting: the bathroom is very small, the probability of hitting the beams on the upper tier :)
Guido, thanks a lot for the opportunity to spend an unforgettable Roman holiday!

  • We had a pleasant stay here. Guido was able to accommodate us of 4 people for 4 nights. Towels were provided for us and the friendly "manual" to the apartment was very handy - it had detailed instructions on how to operate all the appliances, where to take out the trash at the end of our stay, list of close supermarkets, etc. The lift is quite small and tricky to get into but it's better than walking up all those stairs! One downside is the height of the bathroom - if you are over 165cm tall, you may need to duck a little. The location was good - you want a good location during your visit to Rome because there's already so much walking. The couple that showed us around were lovely. By the way, if they show you to light the stove with a lighter but there's a little ignition button where the knobs are that does the trick. Would definitely recommend!

  • It was a great traveling to Rome. Great situated apartments in the center of the city. A lot of places of interest and most boutiques available by feet in few minutes! Very lightful room with large windows - on the last floor - beautiful view to city. Friendly owner always ready to help resolve any problem. Thanx!
