The shower box is exterior and closed with door, but still inside the building, not to bring sand into the accommodation. Each accommodation has its own shower for the duration of the stay.
It is 5 minutes from the sea (golden sand).
Smoker are not accepted.
It is required that hosts take cleaned the common places from any food, sand and cigarette's ash.

Beach with white sand 5 minutes walking, the availability of free and equipped beaches with sun beds / deck chairs and umbrellas.
A beautiful and lush pine forest with theme parks for children and young people and thematic journeys made specifically to enjoy the scents of nature reachable in less than 5 minutes.
The town center is within 10 minutes walking where you can find bars, restaurants and playgrounds for children and the promenade for a relaxing stroll.
Parking is not available for a fee in the town.
The town is accessible by train and bus from Taranto, Bari, Potenza and Matera (bus only) and from Bari (shuttle bus following the route Bari Airport to Nova Siri and vice versa).
