We spent two nights at the Old Anchor Inn while visiting the Dingle Peninsula. Brian and Beata were welcoming and helpful. The inn is exactly as advertised -- the room was very comfortable, with an excellent shower and reliable wifi. The home-cooked breakfasts were delicious, and we appreciated the pizza dinner on our first night. We really liked staying in the small town of Annascaul, away from the crowds and traffic in Dingle town. All in all, this was a great choice for our brief visit to the west of Ireland.

Brian & Beata were lovely hosts, the room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. Brian was very knowledgable about the area, there was a great dvd collection and breakfast was quite tasty. Great experience overall.

Beata was very accommodating on our late checkin as we spent the day in Dingle seeing the sites and eating a good meal and taking in a wonderful music concert. We arrived at 10 PM and settled in for the evening. Had a great breakfast. We only stayed 1 night as we were headed to the Cliffs of Mohr and the West. Due to our limited stay we only met Beata. I would recommend Annascaul and The Old Anchor Inn as a great stopping point if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy town of Dingle

I stayed for one night recently at Brian and Beata's home in the quiet village of Annascaul, west Kerry. It is very clean and comfortable, and is efficiently managed. I was served a lovely breakfast before departing. I would recommend it to other visitors.

Would definitely recommend the Old Anchor. It was perfect stop over on our trip around the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. The very comfortable bed was very welcome after a long day of exploring, as was the lovely breakfast the next day. The pubs and locals in the village are lovely also!

Brian was very friendly and engaging. Made some recommendations for activities around annascaul, which proved to be the highlight of our weekend. Annascaul lake was stunning, as was Minard castle.

Fantastic little in with lovely surrondings! Quiet and calm but still very close to Dingle town. The owners were very helpful and the breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommended!

Hello we are Brian & Beata and we run the Old Anchor B&B in Annascaul village on the Dingle Peninsula. We're coming into our 5th year of running our own business and love what we do.

Annascaul is a sleepy little village with no less than 5 pubs including the South Pole Inn owned by Antarctic Explored Tom Crean. Annascaul is the perfect place to base yourself while visiting the Dingle peninsula or just to come and get away from it all and do nothing. Our kitchen is open to our guests in the winter, as most of the restaurants close for the season. Our dining area can also be used.

We can off great rates for longer stays and large groups. Just ask about in your message.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Old Anchor Inn,in Annascaul!!
