Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This three bedroom 2.5 bathroom in Downtown Ft Lupton is the perfect spot to relax. Blackout curtains, new Casper mattresses in each bedroom, a deep bathtub and upgraded shower heads will entice you to stay put. Laundry and a large kitchen with all the amenities. Two seating areas, both with large tv's and a 2 car garage are ready to welcome you in a quiet neighborhood. Only 43 min to boulder ( Dairy Arts Center) for Sundance!

The space
The main floor has a living room with a large tv ready to stream your favorite shows, half bathroom, full kitchen and large island with seating. The garage is attached with an entrance to the main floor. Upstairs there is a seating area with another TV as well as a laundry room. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom that has a nice deep bathtub as well as the main bedroom with its own full bathroom with a large shower and walk in closet.

Guest access
You have access to the whole townhouse and garage during your stay.

Other things to note
There is a local community center not too far that has hot tub, swimming pool, workout area and they allow daily passes.
The welcome booklet has local restaurants, grocery stores, etc in it.
The garage door remote is on the counter near the welcome booklet for your use during your stay.
There is a fan in the garage. Do not change the knob. It has to be on to heat the garage to a certain temperature during the winter as the bedrooms and pipes are above the garage. The garage door needs to be closed overnight due to this fan/it's not designed to run continuously.
