Enjoy our peaceful country retreat just 15 minutes from historic downtown Comanche TX. Our 2024 guesthouse features one king bed and five extra long twin beds each with memory foam mattresses & pillows. There are fans in each bedroom, high speed WiFi & a 75" smart tv for streaming your favorite shows. A propane grill is ready for your group to enjoy. Enjoy the views and wide variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife. Plenty of parking. Make sure to reserve with the correct number of guests.

The space
At our peaceful country retreat you will enjoy beautiful views, high speed internet, a large propane grill, and sleeping on the comfort of the memory foam mattresses and memory foam pillows included on all beds. Our Airbnb features one king sized bed and five extra long twin beds. Many of our guests enjoy the standing fans in each bedroom.

Indoors, you can relax on the huge sectional couch and catch up on the latest releases or binge a new series on the brand new 75" smart tv. High speed WiFi allows for work or play with smooth streaming of your meetings, music, or favorite shows. A recliner and reading light are in the master bedroom's reading nook for quiet relaxation with a book, your laptop, or simply your thoughts while enjoying the valley view.

Outside relax and sit back on the lawn chairs and enjoy the huge view of the Comanche valley, the star filled night sky, and the wide variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife. Bring the provided portable bluetooth speaker out with you and listen to your favorite music while you grill supper!

Guest access
Our Guesthouse rental includes the entire living area of the house with the exception of the cleaning closet (nothing fun in there anyway!). There is a small fenced dog yard next to the back door (see pictures) for supervised off leash dog use. Guests are welcome to walk leashed dogs or ride their horses on the picturesque hillside. We do need guests to respect fences and gates (no climbing or crossing please out of respect for our neighbors).

Parking is immediately to the back (south) of the house and can accommodate up to five vehicles, with more parking for vehicles and trailers available close by. Plenty of parking for horse trailers is also available. The front yard of the home is expansive, extending 50' to the front (north) of the house with plenty of room to relax on the lawn chairs and enjoy the views! Horse stalls, rv hookups, and arena access are available for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange any a la carte rental options.

Other things to note
Our location is pastoral, quiet and bucolic with an abundance of wildlife all around. We have a propane grill in the back yard for you to use.

A modern and fast laundromat is located in downtown Comanche.

We ask that horse tack, game, hunting equipment and guns not be cleaned inside the house. There is a hose outside and we can provide a folding table if requested.

We have 10 covered stalls available for overnight rental. The covered and lighted rental arena is 150'x275' and accommodates a full barrel pattern or two full dressage arenas (we have the letters), is fully set up for roping (no rental cattle or horses on site), and has a covered round pen.

The house is fully electric so no need for a carbon monoxide detector. There are stairs at both the front and back doors.

Please do not go on the drain field located in the wooded area to the southwest of the house.
