The Apartment Lisbon Centre is simply decorated and offers a comfortable and cozy stay for guests to the Portuguese capital. The apartment, on the third floor, has two double bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to self cater, but if you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a TV and DVD player in the apartment and fans for when it gets hot. Towels and bedding are available.
The spacious 100 m2 Apartment Lisbon Centre can sleep up to 6 people in the heart of Lisbon in a charming and quiet quarter of the city. No bars or restaurants on the street to disturbing you during the night. In this area there are heaps of restaurants and shops nearby and Lisbon’s tourist attractions are close by. The Baixa and Bairro Alto are only a few minutes away, as well as the Castle and Chiado so you'll be able to easily visit the main areas of the city on foot. Take a ride on the famous tram 28 or hop on the tram 15 to Belém where you can visit the stunning Monastery of Jeronimos and try Lisbon’s most famous pastries. You can also take the underground to the trendy Parque das Nacoes or spend a wonderful day in the amazing village of Sintra, just about half an hour from the city centre.

The tenant(s) is responsible for all damages to the property caused by them, their family or visitors. During the rental period, the tenant is responsible for securing access, e.g. that doors and windows are properly closed and locked when leaving the house.
The tenant also obliges to keep the house and furnishings neat and clean, and to treat all furniture with proper care.
The tenant is not entitled to lodge more individuals, or different individuals, than stated in the rental agreement without the host’s explicit approval. In case of non-compliance, the host shall have the right to reject these individuals or adjust the rent based on the actual number of guests.
In the interests of local residents and neighbours, the usual noise limits and norms of behaviour for residential areas shall apply. The tenant shall undertake to keep volumes moderate and to respect the customary rest periods. The host are entitled to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect, and to demand the guests’ immediate departure if they grossly violate their duties to care for the rental property, especially if they take in other individuals and/or pets, or if they wilfully damage the rental property, or if they otherwise endanger the property or disturb the neighbours with their conduct.
