We couldn't have asked for more! The location is perfect and the studio is very cosy. It has everything you would possibly need. Fabrizio, the gentleman that welcomed us, was super nice and took the time to recommend some places to visit and restaurants. I have to thank Emiliano and Maria for always answering my messages and for being so kind. I would definitely recommend this place!
We had a lovely time at the studio apartment. We had taxi service arranged from the airport and that took us straight to the apt. The flat has a lovely old elevator that takes you right up to the fifth floor. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Emiliano arranged to have Fabrizio welcome us to the building and to Rome and gave us a lot of recommendations about where to eat and visit. Travestere is a must! The photos of the apartment do not do it justice and we walked to all parts of the city very easily and using the subway was very easy. The only things I would caution is that the shower is a bit small and the stairs from the bed to the first floor could be a little steep for families with small children or those with leg/knee problems.
The aparment is in an amazing location (and building), which is close to everything you want to visit within walking distance. We really enjoyed the wine and cookies that were waiting for us, Emiliano and Maria were the best hosts you can have they answered all of our questions and they sent Fabrizio to greet us who gave us many options where to go and what to do. The apartment is cosy and fully equiped with whatever you will need at your stay. It is a perfect choice for whoever wants to have a real Roman time.
Fantastic stay in this studio apartment, great contact with the host who greeted us at the apartment to exchange keys. Brilliant location 2 minute walk to the Lepanto metro station but we walked throughout Rome to all the main sites from the apartment. All facilities in the apartment were clean, towels provided and kitchen appliances; only limitation would be the small shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
The Lovely Studio Tower Rome Centre is indeed very lovely - it is a very charming, clean and newly renovated apartment, nicely furnished with lots of smart details, such as a really good coffee machine. The "sleeping room" is reached by some steps (but not steep ones) and is situated directly under the roof, which is somehow romantic.
The district is very nice and safe - there are restaurants and bars around, where we got really nice food, and a supermarket with huge choice just round the corner where you can find everything you need. More important - as Rome can be a noisy city - the apartment is in a quiet side street, so that even with open windows, it was not noisy at all. The Vatican is in easy walking distance, and most other sights are quite nearby as well.
Last but not least - Emiliano was a very nice and helpful host, easy going, easy to communicate with and reliable. All worked out perfectly well.
All in all I can only fully recommend this apartment and this host - it was a very pleasant experience.
We spent som very nice three days in summerly hot Rome (end of october!), living in a fantastic studio in the Piazza Manzini district, supplied by our lovely host, Emiliano.
Emiliano was very friendly and highly effective, both at arrival and departure! Great Thanks and five stars for a real professional!
