★ABOUT THE HOME★
We can’t wait to tell you about the nitty-gritty details of this home–but first, here are the basics we know you’re curious about:
✔ 3 bedrooms for up to 6 adults + 2 kids: In this house, nobody’s getting stuck on the sleeper sofa. With two king beds and two double beds spread across three private bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to sleep like royalty.
✔ 2 full bathrooms: Two semi-private bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each have their own vanities and showers.
✔ 10-minute walk to the beach: Beach access sits across Perdido Beach Boulevard, which means you’re just about 10 minutes away from salty air and sandy toes!
✔ Dedicated beach parking, crosswalk, and boardwalk: If you'd like a shorter walk, park at one of the eight community beach parking spots immediately across the street from the beach and take the crosswalk to the community boardwalk - your toes will be in the sand in no time at all!
✔ Outdoor pool: If you’re not feeling like a 10-minute walk to the beach, how about a 10-second walk to the pool? Take a dip or relax in reclining poolside chairs at the private pool, accessible only to guests of the community.
✔ Tennis + basketball courts: Hit the tennis or basketball courts to settle–once and for all–who’s the true family champ. As for the loser? Sounds like the Waffle House run is on them.

This light + breezy living room is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and settle into your vacation! ★10-MINUTE WALK TO BEACH★
It’s just a 10-minute walk between your home and sweet, beachy freedom. You can safely cross Perdido Beach Boulevard at a designated crosswalk just slightly east of the property, and head straight down to the sand from there. Dedicated beach parking is also available at one of the eight community beach parking spots immediately across the street from the beach and community boardwalk.
If you’d prefer, you can also take a 5-minute drive down the road to Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access, where you can park your car and head straight to the coastline. We recommend this option for anybody with mobility concerns–Cotton Bayou has ADA beach access mats that make it easy for everyone to get onto the sand!
★COMMUNITY POOL★
Maybe you’re too tired to walk. Or maybe there’s rain in the forecast and you want to catch the 5-minute break between showers. Whatever the reason: if you’re looking forward to some poolside napping, you’re in luck! The community pool will be just a few steps from your door.
★BASKETBALL + TENNIS COURTS★
Who’s ready to duke it out on the courts? Whether you’re blowing off steam with some solo shots or having the most epic kids-versus-adults tennis battle in your family’s history, the courts will be ready to welcome you when the extra energy rush hits.
★BEACH CHAIRS★
Beach chairs are provided by Ike's Beach Service and are subject to availability. You can check availability or book ahead by contacting them directly.
★FIVE DAYS OF HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS★
We know you need more than a half-full soap pump and one roll of toilet paper for your stay. All Grand Welcome Orange Beach rental homes come thoroughly stocked with a 5-day supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, laundry detergent, hand soap, and all of those little things you shouldn’t have to think about while on vacation. Taking inventory of household essentials sounds like a chore for back home–get back to napping on the beach, knowing you’re fully stocked for your stay!
★COFFEE + TEA BARS IN EVERY HOME★
Speaking of “household essentials,” every Grand Welcome Orange Beach & Perdido Key vacation home comes with a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar with several flavors and varieties to choose from. Tea + honey? Check. Hot chocolate? Check. Medium roast, black? You got it. Decaf, precisely 1.83 tablespoons of creamer, ⅛ teaspoon of Splenda, stirred for 37 seconds, and topped with one ice cube? Go for it. Whatever your tastes, you can start the day off right with the perfect cup.
Guest access
This is a private home that’s all yours during your stay!
We can provide up to two parking passes (for two vehicles) at no additional cost during your stay. We will leave one parking pass on your home’s kitchen counter. If you’re bringing a second vehicle, please let us know 24 hours prior to check-in so we can make arrangements for a second parking pass.
You’ll enter the property via a door code that’s unique to your group, which we’ll confirm with you before your trip starts.

★ADDITIONAL RULES FOR THIS HOME★
This home is part of a quiet, family-friendly community in Mariner Lakes. As such, we ask that you please keep the following in mind during your stay:
Please keep noise levels to a minimum and be mindful of noise that may disrupt your neighbors. No parties are allowed at this home, with no exceptions.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property, and all guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed in short-term rentals in this community.
Please do not store any items outside. This includes toys, mats, coolers, and chairs. Please do not hang towels or clothes to dry on decks, railings, or any parts of the home’s exterior.
Parking is not permitted on the grass or on the street. If you need, you can temporarily park on the street in front of your unit, with your hazard lights on, for 20-30 minutes to load or unload your car.
Boats, campers, trailers, golf carts, and any other towed vehicles owned by short-term renters are not allowed to park within the community. Anyone violating community parking rules could risk having their vehicles towed. Please ask us about additional local parking options for vehicles, trailers, etc. and we would be happy to assist.
★CLEANING & SANITIZATION★
While you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to do is worry about extra chores. All of our homes are thoroughly vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned after each stay, and we don’t skimp on the details. Our team sanitizes every nook and cranny, right down to the light switches and TV remotes. Dive into fresh linens, soak in freshly-scrubbed tubs, and enjoy sand-free floors from the moment your vacation begins!
★ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER★
We understand that accidents happen! A small fee will be included in all reservations to help account for spills, cracks, and other small accidents. If something breaks or gets stained during your stay, please let us know prior to checkout to avoid any additional fees and to help us ensure that your home is properly tidied up before the next guest arrives.
★NO SMOKING INSIDE★
We don’t want to totally rain on your parade, but we do need to ask that you refrain from smoking and vaping while you’re inside the home. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional charges for odor removal or furniture cleaning.
★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS★
We ask that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own. Please do not invite unauthorized guests or host large parties or events during your stay.
