This chocolate box cottage is positioned by the side of Lumsdale Ponds and falls. The serenity of the water and the quiet countryside position leads to Primrose Cottage being the ideal place for a relaxing break on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
The space
Two bedroomed Cottage with a twin and double bedroom with Bathroom on the 1st floor. On the ground floor, there is a quaint living room and a kitchen.
*Please note this is a cottage, there are low ceilings and beams throughout*
Guest access
The Guests have full use of Primrose Cottage. But, Please note the outside lawn area is shared and one of the neighbours does have a dog, if you could please ensure if your pet is using the outdoor area that it is well controlled or on a lead.
Other things to note
The kitchen provides all the amenities needed to provide a comfortable stay at Primrose Cottage. An undercounter oven, induction hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer all feature. The additional dining chairs are stored under the stairs.
*We allow one well behaved pet with responsible owners. All pets must be disclosed at booking- undisclosed pets may result in extra fees or cancellation of the reservation.
Please keep all pets off the furniture.
The quaint cottage does offer idyllic countryside living, but this does mean that in the bedrooms and bathroom, there are low ceilings and wooden beams.
