My friend and I enjoyed staying at Szilvia's. Szilvia was a very accommodating host, despite some initial snafus with our check in, since our bus was delayed and my phone's data was turned off, meaning I had to wait until I could find Wi-Fi to let Szilvia know that we'd be late to check in. Szilvia provided very detailed instructions to help us find and get into the AirBnB.
The place itself is nice. It's in a quieter neighborhood on the Buda side, about a 20-25 minute walk to the river/crossing over to Pest. There's a kitchen that has basic utensils/cooking supplies and plenty of dishes, and a small refrigerator. We ended up buying breakfast/lunch food for our stay, which helped save money.
We stayed in the green room, and Szilvia provided towels, pillows, and blankets. Everything was clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. My only complaint about the stay/experience was the bathroom -- the shower/tub didn't look like it had been clean. I showered anyway, and the water didn't drain for hours, so I had to shower in standing water that included other people's filth :(.
Overall, I recommend this AirBnB and Budapest in general.
