The space
The 38 m2 apartment underwent a complete high-end renovation in 2024, with every detail carefully considered, all within a classic building from the 1970s.

Our guests like to stay here because of the views towards the sea and mountains, as well as close access to the beach and the coastal promenade.

Across the road, only a few meters away, you find a coffee shop, a bar, and a restaurant which makes it perfect to enjoy a couple of drinks or something to eat right next to the beach.

If you prefer having breakfast or lunch a little bit further away, there are lots of restaurants and cafes close by. By night, our guests love to explore the coastal promenade which is part of the "Senda Litoral de Mijas" that stretches several kilometers along the Costa del Sol. It connects beaches, coves, and coastal towns, making it perfect for walking, jogging, and cycling.

Other things to note
Please note, each reservation includes one set of bed linen, two large towels, and two small towels. Should you need extra linen, we're happy to provide it upon request for an additional fee.

We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, rubbish bags, soap) to get you settled on arrival.
For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase additional supplies themselves as needed.

You will find free parking spots within the building available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no particular spot reserved for the apartment. Should these be full, you can also park for free on nearby streets.

To adhere to local laws, we'll ask you to show your passports (or ID cards, where applicable) at check-in. We'll securely enter your details into an online system that reports directly to the Spanish Police.

As of 30th September 2025, the pool has been closed and will reopen in June 2026.
