Can fit 6 if needed but more suitable for 2-4 people** Close to 1000sq feet inside. Glasshouse downtown. Floor to Ceiling Windows.
My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the city center, NHL Hockey Rink, Restaurants, Downtown, Parks and Museums . You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the views , the kitchen, open layout, Washer/Dryer. STRA-2024-2456470

The space
The Space : Theater and Gym located in the condo building. (Limited access during covid) In suite washer and dryer. TV with ChromeCast and Amazon Firestick. Wifi in the unit as well. Rooftop Patio - Firepits, cabanas and BBQ/Kitchen On Rooftop. Building has it's own concierge for security in the evenings who have cameras in the elevator and hallways. We do have our own security doorbell camera that faces the hallway.

Guest access
You will have the entire suite to yourself! You get your own private condo unit with multiple rooms in it. For common areas.Theater and Gym located in the condo building there is full access. (Limited during covid) Own private balcony. Own condo unit. Access is through keyfob and you will have your own access code for the unit

Other things to note
Limited access to common areas during covid they are not reservable. Building has it's own concierge for security in the evenings who have cameras in the elevator and hallways. We do have our own security doorbell camera that faces the hallway. The area is a downtown of a major city and has poverty take caution when walking around outside of the facilities. There is browns social house, Moxies across the street as well as a rooftop bar Tavern United across the street for events. No events allowed in the building

Neighborhood highlights

Downtown directly across from the MTS center great for events or business stays downtown. There is a lot of poverty downtown so something to keep in mind when walking around.
