  • Nolan was a great host, he bent over backwards to make our stay great. His place was exactly as advertised, highly recommended.

  • This is the best venue for a tourist experience in Toronto. The condo is lovely, and very accommodating. With its prime location and stunning view of the iconic CN tower and Skydome ( Rogers Centre), it just makes morning breathtaking. It is situated right in the heart of most major events, I was steps away from the Santa Claus parade this year, as well as the convention center. The subway is a short walk away as well, but as long as you're in for the walk, take the time to stroll down the financial district to Dundas square for shopping.
Other than location, the condo's amenities are one of a kind compared to typical hotels in the area. If you are keen on making use of the kitchen, you won't be disappointed, all rooms (bath & laundry included) come fully equipped, and a grocery store is right across the street.

  • Great condo in excellent location!! Minutes from the Billy Bishop Airport and very central in the city. Great views of the CN Tower and Rogers Center. Nolan was a great host and was easy to reach via email and responded within minutes. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

  • I’ve been in Nolan’s condo last month with my husband and daughter, and there’s only one word to describe it: FANTASTIC! The location is central, near a lot of nice places, bus stops and subway at walking distance. The CN Tower and Rogers Centre view is incredible!
The apt. was very clean, beds were great, amenities in bathroom and welcoming drinks in the fridge. Washing and drying machines and kitchen fully equipped, what makes the difference when having a kid, and grocery store with ATM across the street. There is no cable TV but Nolan was very nice in offering to set up his notebook for us to watch it if we wanted. There was no need since it was possible to distract my daughter with other things during the time we stayed in there.
Nolan is a great host. Since the first contact, the communication has been very easy, his answers have always been quick. He was there in person to deliver and take back the keys at the scheduled time and during the period we’ve been there, he answered my e-mails and solved my doubts very promptly. We haven’t used the condo amenities like the swimming pool, bowling and others, but Nolan has offered to show us everything in case we wanted to.
It was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn’t have been better. Toronto was the city we most loved in Canada and this experience for sure has to do with it.
Highly recommended and I would stay there again if came back to the city.

  • Nolan was a great host! This was my first airbnb experience and it went beyond my expectations! The condo is very spacious and accommodating as I was traveling with 2 others. The view is amazing! The bowling alley was so fun and if I had more time I would of definitely made use of the basketball court and the gym!

Overall it was an amazing time! I highly recommend Nolan's place for anyone wanting to stay in Toronto and truly experience the amazing downtown lifestyle of the city.

  • Super convenient location is great for business and pleasure. SkyDome/Rogers Centre and CN Tower are literally right outside. Walked to Air Canada Centre in under 15 minutes to see UFC. The convention centre is a 10 minute walk - I was there for business for 3 days.
There's a decent cafe, awesome sushi restaurant, convenience store, and sports bar with great ribs right across the street. Huge grocery store kitty corner too. Seriously didn't have to leave the area. King Street also very close - bars and restaurants everywhere. Bar Hop was a great pub with a mind blowing selection of beer from Ontario and all over the world.
Nolan had everything set up quite well for us and he is a very nice guy. He even had some bevies for us in the fridge!
We have chemical sensitivities to perfumes & synthetic scents so Nolan made sure to run everything through the wash without generic soaps or fabric softeners and had the cleaner use unscented products, etc., before we arrived. This is a deal breaker for us and can completely ruin a vacation so his efforts on this were much appreciated.
The carpet needs to be dealt with but that is easy to solve with a professional cleaner and hey, we weren't sleeping on the floor! Our daughter is 15 months so you really notice that kind of thing with a little one running around and rolling on the floor.
Aside from a small front door jacket closet, there is no closet space so expect to live out of your suitcase. Not a big deal except when you have suits and dress clothes and have to iron things, etc.
Things can be a bit dodgy with the security concierge so make sure you have everything clear with Nolan regarding keys and rules before you arrive. Again, not a big deal but good to know before hand. If you need more than one key, also make sure to work that out beforehand because it is a pain having to leave it with the concierge every time and pick it up... again, not a big deal but was an annoying inconvenience.
Nolan set us up with a free parking spot too, that was awesome.

  • Just spent 2 nights at this condo. The location was central to every where we needed to go. We had more then enough space for the four of us. Nolan was very accommodating. He was going to be out of town the weekend we stayed but he gave me his neighbors number in case I had any issues. Before he left, he gave us the basic details to his apartment. Had a great view of the CN tower. Overall, we had a great stay and had no complaints.

  • Can't say enough about what a great host Nolan was. We definitely felt like we were staying with a friend. He was very accommodating and hospitable throughout the entire stay, even willing to go out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. Thanks Nolan!

The place itself is very ideally located. It is directly across from the skydome and walking distance to much of downtown and the harbourfront. The building complex itself practically has a health club attached to it + bowling and pool tables so you get much more amenities than your regular hotel. It's unfortunate that we didn't get to enjoy any of them as we were out and about for much of our days. Nolan was also kind enough to let us use his parking spot in the underground garage. There's a Sobey's (grocery) and a good shawarma place (for a quick bite) in the same building across the street. I have no reservations recommending Nolan and his place to friends!
