Brand new, fully furnished luxury suite with high ceilings and modern décor located centrally on waterfront. Ideal for corporate trips, vacations, or extended stays. Suite has one bedroom with very comfortable queen size bed and separate living area to relax in. High-speed wireless internet is available as well as tv channels to browse. And a stainless steel designer kitchen. Also an over-sized balcony to enjoy breath taking view of lake and city. A convenience store is located on first floor of the building.
The surrounding community gets an "A" in Walkability Score. Great for strolls to nearby scenic parks and music gardens by the water, harbourfront festivals, or authentic restaurants!
Building amenities include: roof-top terrace with amazing view of downtown, outdoor hot tub, fitness centre, sauna, message chairs, pool tables, lounge area with wi-fi access, and round the clock concierge and security.
Easily accessible through streetcar line located across the street from the building. It is five minutes away from Union Station- connection for subway, GO bus & train, Via Rail, and to Greyhound bus station.
It is two minutes away from Toronto Island Airport YTZ connecting many Canadian and U.S cities. And Toronto Pearson International Airport YYZ is about 25 minutes away.

______ In order to complete reservation process and for security clearance, please email an electronic color copy of your and your guest's valid driver’s license front and back (for U.S and Canadian guests) or valid passport with color copy of photograph and address pages (for International guests). Check-in will be after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM.
______ FOB/Key will be available for you to pick up at concierge desk on check-in date once identification documents have been provided. At check-out, you can leave FOB/Key with concierge under the designated person's name.
______ Lost or damaged FOB/Key will be reimbursed by the guest at a cost of $200 CAD.
______ Pro-rated cleaning fee will be applied to guest's security deposit for cleaning service if suite is left unclean or not in the same order as it was handed to the guest; cost starting at $200 CAD. You may clean suite yourself (including kitchen, bathroom, and rest of suite) or hire a local cleaning service vendor prior to your checkout. In order not to incur cleaning charges, it is recommended to hire cleaning service on a regular basis. Please mop the entire apartment before vacating. Dry mop and washing machine is located in front closets. Cleaning products can be found in kitchen sink cabinet.
______ Only light cooking or baking is permitted on the premises. Paper towels, toilet paper, fused light bulbs, and all used cleaning supplies have to be replenished by the guest.
______ Please discard perishable items from fridge before checking-out. Wash any used dishes and put them away. Please do not use any food or beverage stored in the pantry or fridge. Remember to take all your belongings with you. Suite management is not responsible for items left behind.
______Trash and recyclable items must be disposed by the guest prior to vacating premises through disposal chute located on same floor.
______ Guest(s) agree to report at once and pay for any damages to the contents of suite including furniture, fixtures, plumbing, walls, cabinets, heating/cooling systems and appliances during their stay. Any malfunction of appliances or plumbing must be fixed or replaced by the guest prior to check out. You may contact Sears Appliance Repair 1-800-4-MY-HOME to fix damaged appliances or plumbing issues.
______ Operating manuals for appliances will be available in the suite.
______ No smoking, pets, or children allowed.
______ Avoid scratching/staining/marking the floors, walls, counter tops, cabinets, appliances, or furniture.
______ Cost of any missing and/or damaged items will be applied against the guest's account.
______ Guest agrees not to affix any type of decor to the interior walls or ceilings.
______ All electrical appliance and lighting system must be turned off when not in use. Security deposit will be used to pay for overage.
______ Air conditioning and heating system must be maintained and serviced by guest if necessary and turned off when balcony door or windows are open.
______ Use of premises is exclusively for the guest(s) making reservation.
______ Shoes and heels are not allowed beyond front entrance area, as this will damage new flooring.
______ Suite and building management reserves right to enter premises at any time to conduct maintenance and inspection without prior notice.
______ Please respect your neighbors and keep an acceptable noise level at all times.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Exactly as described and pictured with everything one would need. We found it to be a perfect size for the two of us and is in a prime location. 2 minute walk to the waterfront, 5 minute walk to grocery store Sobey's, 10 minute walk to CN Tower. The host was very communicative throughout our stay and came by personally to help us retrieve mail. The TV signal isn't great and does not receive many channels but that was not an issue for us who tend to watch things online. We'd love to stay here again on a future visit to Toronto!
Amazing apartment - I recommend it highly! Perfect location, taking just minutes to get the heart of Toronto. The Apartment is furnished beautifully and the building facilities are great. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
Check in was very easy and keys were at the reception under our names. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything including public transportation.
We loved staying here. It is ideal for a long-term stay as has great facilities and really close to everything you could need. Great location and all very well managed.
Gym was so great, we went daily. No noise from neighbors even though you are in a condo, there is road noise but we didn't feel it affected us.
This apartment is beautiful. The rules may be strict but with good reason. The place is in beautiful condition and looks exactly as pictured. It is well decorated with art and just comes together perfectly.
Very minor shortcomings include disappointing TV (The channels drop out frequently) and what seems to be a faulty Apple TV, meaning at times the TV plays no role when you need it most.
The entire kitchen is beautiful and everything is well laid out. The bathroom keeps consistant with the rest of the apartment with beautiful layout and fittings.
The room includes a large balcony, good for having some drinks or a meal outside in the fresh air with a decent view.
Overall I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home, it is VERY well placed to visit the aquarium and CN tower as well as the rogers centre. Easy access to buses, street cars (trams) and the beautiful harborfront.
Suite management has checked the Apple TV, it is working fine. Power cord might have been loose when it was being used. As for TV, few of the channels might need to be re-scanned at times, please use auto scan feature in the TV menu section to reset the channel. Thank you.
I was staying for two weeks and feels like my second home.
This is a really nice apparment closer to Downtown Toronto.
The apartment looks exactly as shown as here.
It's clean and comfortable. On the next trip to Toronto I will check-in there.
i stayed in this apartment for one month and it was great! nice location and all the facilities in the building are good too. the apartment was nice and clean, and the gym downstairs was fully equipped and i used it a lot.
