Check In
  • The suite is nice and clean. Location in Toronto downtown is perfect and close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely plan to book the same suite in my next visit.

  • The apartment looks exactly as shown and described on here. we felt very comfortable.

to us it was a lil suprising that there were no pots or a pan to cook a lil something. we were told this wouldnt be allowed in the apartment which was a lil sad. we were 2 persons stayin at the apartment n for stayin 1,5weeks it could have been nice to have more towels but we made it work. we couldnt figure out how to run the washing mashine in the apartment but there is a room wit 2 washing mashines and 2 dryer on the 2.floor.

the bus 905 stops right infront of the apartment and goes straight to union station in only a few minutes which is great

since we had a few very cold days durin our stay we used them to jst relax - we were a lil disspointed that in the add it says there is cable tv which made us expect a few good channels but there were only like 2 or 3 good ones n rest were local news channels

we used the fitness room in the building alot - def a great thing and u have a great view from there of the CN Tower.

overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and recommand to others

  • The flat is pretty fantastic. It's a great location, and a clean space. What I enjoyed the most was the location and I could get in and out of the city as quickly as necessary.

Highlights, the park next door had some famous Douglas Coupland exhibits. It is a short walk from china town and from Union station. What I love about renting a place like this over a hotel is you get a sitting area and a kitchen. In down town Toronto, that would be hard to find on this budget. The place is small but fine for two people. It's a pity the flat faces the highway, but there's not much that can be done about that.

  • The place is superb. The building is nice.location is cool. The only thing is that it's a little small. The location is good too!

  • I stayed in the Suite for 3 months. The place is on 17th floor and looks exactly like in the photos. It is very well equipped. City centre/Financial District is within walking distance (about 25 min). It's a nice place to stay and a convenient location. The gym on 5th floor is a bit small but certainly does its job. Everything worked out well with Fuaad. He answers quickly to any questions and concerns. The security deposit was returned immediately after the termination of the stay. The only real drawback of the apartment is the noise from the Gardiner Freeway which is located right behind the house. Even with closed windows there is traffic noise at night which might be disturbing if you have a light sleep. Apart from that staying at the apartment was an entirely positive experience.

  • Beautiful Apartment, location is good in warmer weather, was annoying to have to catch shuttle buses to get anywhere. Apartment looks exactly like the pictures, Fuaad left us a welcome jar full of cookies which was nice. Would stay here again for sure

  • We had a wonderful time in Toronto. The apartment was perfect in size. We found everything in good condition and very clean. The arrangement with washing towels and bedsheets before leaving worked out well for us... If you prefer to sleep with the window open - it is very loud! But air conditioning means you don't have to and then you don't hear the traffic...

I'd book it again if I ever return to Toronto.

  • The Waterfront executive suit is a gem in the city of Toronto. I spent one of the best weeks of my life there! Fuaad was more than helpful and the entire process went as smooth as can be!
Best of all, the apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean AND in the perfect location. Everything needed was within walking distance as well as amazing views of the beautiful waterfront parks and marina.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone! You will NOT be disappointed.
