Brand new, fully furnished luxury suite with high ceilings and modern décor located centrally on waterfront. Ideal for corporate trips, vacations, or extended stays. Suite has one bedroom with very comfortable queen size bed and separate living area to relax in. High-speed wireless internet is available as well as tv channels to browse. And a stainless steel designer kitchen. Also an over-sized balcony to enjoy breath taking view of lake and city. A convenience store is located on first floor of the building.
The surrounding community gets an "A" in Walkability Score. Great for strolls to nearby scenic parks and music gardens by the water, harbourfront festivals, or authentic restaurants!

______ In order to complete reservation process and security clearance, guest agrees to email for approval an electronic color copy of guest's valid driver's license both front and back (for U.S and Canadian guests) or valid passport with color copy of photograph page (for international guests).
______ Guest agrees that FOB/Key will be available for pick up at concierge desk. Check-in will be after 3PM and check-out is before 11AM. At check-out, guest can leave FOB/Key with concierge under the designated person's name.
______ Guest agrees to reimburse lost or damaged FOB/Key at a cost of $200 CAD.
______ Guest agrees to hire cleaning vendor to perform deep cleaning of entire suite including balcony prior to checkout. Proof of work done by cleaning vendor must be provided electronically through email prior to checkout. Guest may contact LV Cleaning Service at (phone number hidden) schedule cleaning. Security deposit will be withheld, if suite is left unclean or not in the same order as it was handed to guest.
______ Guest agrees to wash and dry towels, bed/pillow/duvet/mattress covers. Guest also agrees to put on new set of bed/pillow/duvet covers and towels, which can be found inside linen closet.
______ Guest agrees to keep any named and addressed mail that is not the guest's in the mailbox and discard any unsolicited material.
______ Guest agrees to follow any communication or instructions provided by suite or building management
______ Guest agrees to clean, vacuum, and dust the entire suite on a regular basis. Cleaning products can be found in kitchen sink cabinet.
______ Guest agrees that only light cooking or baking is permitted in the suite.
______ Guest agrees to replenish all used supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, fused light bulbs, and detergents.
______ Guest agrees to discard their perishable items from fridge before checkout. And wash any used dishes and put them away. Also, guest agrees not to use any food or beverage stored in the pantry or fridge.
______ Guest agrees to take all belongings at checkout, as suite management is not liable for items left behind.
______ Guest agrees to dispose trash on a regular basis through disposal chute located on same floor.
______ Guest agrees to report at once and pay for any damages to the contents of suite including furniture, fixtures, plumbing, walls, cabinets, heating and cooling systems and appliances during their stay.
______ Guest agrees that any malfunction of appliances or plumbing must be fixed or replaced by guest prior to check out. Guest may contact Sears Appliance Repair 1-800-4-MY-HOME to fix damaged appliances or plumbing issues. Proof of work done by any vendor must be provided electronically through email.
______ Guest agrees no smoking, pets, or children are allowed in the suite.
______ Guest agrees to avoid scratching/staining/marking the floors, walls, counters, cabinets, appliances, or furniture.
______ Guest agrees that cost of any missing and/or damaged items will be applied against the guest's account.
______ Guest agrees not to affix any type of decor to interior walls or ceilings.
______ Guest agrees that all electrical appliance, lighting system, and heating and cooling system must be turned off when not in use. Guest agrees that guest's account will be charged for electricity over-usage.
______ Guest agrees that heating and cooling system must be maintained and serviced if necessary by guest and turned off when balcony door or windows are open.
______ Guest agrees that use of premises is exclusively for guest(s) making the reservation.
______ Guest agrees that shoes and heels are not allowed beyond front entrance area, as this will damage flooring.
______ Guest agrees that suite and building management reserves the right to enter suite at any time to conduct maintenance or inspection without prior notice.
______ Guest agrees to keep an acceptable noise level at all times.
