We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and in a great location. We parked upon arrival and didn't move the car again till we headed back home! The house is about .5-1 mile away from EVERYTHING in downtown. We were even able to walk to concert at the US Cellular Center-- it was so nice not to pay for parking or fight traffic. Jennifer was wonderfully hospitable and provided everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were Vera Wang! If our travels bring us back to Asheville, we would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!
Jennifer was a very gracious hostess and her place very charming.
The bed was comfortable and her place is very close to downtown.
In the morning we were offered coffee and Jennifer made us feel at home. We didn't stay too too long, because we were just passing through Ashville, but I highly recommend Jennifer's place, whether it's for one night or longer.
Lovely and very comfortable room in a great location, very convenient to everything there is to do downtown. Jennifer is a wonderful host. Thanks again!
Jennifer was a wonderful host. Her place is very conveniently located in relation to downtown. Little things like, carafes of water in your room and French press coffee in the morning tells me she has a real knack for hosting. And even though it was really cold the house felt warm and the bed was incredibly cozy.
Jennifer was an amazing host and her house was completely perfect for what I needed. Great location (walking distance to downtown) and a comfortable and quiet place to relax, read, etc. I contacted Jennifer last-minute and she was very responsive and willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a few days in Asheville for a nice little get-away.
My boyfriend and I had such a lovely stay. We did not get to meet Jennifer but the woman who was there in her place was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do but we did not feel safe walking to and from downtown at night. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the kitchen was fantastic.
Jennifer's animals are so sweet and friendly. Being greeted by Oona whenever we returned and sitting by
Sweet Olive while drinking coffee in the morning really made this place feel like home. I would certainly recommend a stay.
Jennifer is a quiet and gracious host. I loved the house, the bed and bedroom, bath, kitchen, its proximity to downtown Asheville. The house is immaculate and charming. I will definitely stay here again.
If you are considering a visit to Asheville, January-February are a great time. It is not as hectic as summer, I could get in all my favorite restaurants easily. Traffic was mellow, as well.
I went hiking Sunday and loved having the woods to myself.
Easy to find and convenient if you're planing on playing around downtown. The complementary tea and coffee provided had a variety of flavors and was a great way start to the morning. Not only was the bedroom cosy and comfortable for two people, but the floors were clean and bathroom was spotless. Jennifer is a very accommodating host and I will keep this place in mind when visiting Asheville again.
Jennifer is an excellent host. Her place is charming, very comfortable, conveniently located, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay here for the holidays, and will definitely keep her place in mind for our next visit.
Loved our stay! My husband, newborn and I drove up to Asheville for Christmas. Only a couple block walk to all the main strips! Tons of stores and places to eat!
The outside of the house does not give the cute inside justice! Clean and updated on the inside.
Well worth renting. Better and more affordable than all the hotels in the area!
