Just minutes from Broad Ripple, Keystone Mall, Carmel, the State Fairgrounds, and with quick access to I-465, this home is perfectly located for your Indy visit.

The space
Living Room: Large TV with streaming services, record player, and family-friendly board games for entertainment.

Dining Room: Spacious area for family meals and gatherings.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials and a cozy coffee bar for your convenience.

Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite full bath, dresser, TV, and walk-in closet for ultimate comfort and privacy.

Two Queen Bedrooms: One with a desk, perfect for working during your stay.

Twin Bedroom: Featuring two twin beds, with a dresser and TV, ideal for kids or friends.

- No parties are allowed - $200 fee + additional cleaning costs $100-$200 if there are any party confetti or trash found on the property
- No smoking - $500 fee
- Please check the Burn Ban map for Marion County before starting any bonfires.
- Be mindful of local laws and ordinances.
