5 bed Clubhouse sleeps up to 8. Additional charge of $15 per additional person after 5. Has its own Ocean view patio with Palapa bar. Great for groups and families. Steps from famous K38 surfing beach. Quick walk to great local eateries, Microbrewery, live music and a public friendly resort (Las Rocas). We also provide Secure gated parking.

The space
The Clubhouse is a great location for a family or group of friends, with ample indoor and outdoor space. It will sleep up to 8 but would be a little crapped with that many, but lots of groups do it. 5 or 6 is much more comfortable. Has a full sized fridge by the bar but no kitchen or sink.

Guest access
Clubhouse guests are welcome in all public parts of the house and have access to all amenities like: surfer shower, board and wetsuit storage, ping pong table, Oceanview patio, upstairs patio, community kitchen. Fire ring.

During your stay
We have a full time staff on location at all times. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about local things to see and do.

Other things to note
We are located in a literal “Foodies Paradise” We are lucky to be walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to 6 distinctly different eateries. All are fantastic and are strongly recommended by us. We have never heard anything but praise from all the dozens of our customers that we have been sending there all these years. If you don’t mind getting in your car and driving you will have a “world”of choices within a very short drive. Staying at Robert’s is one of the best kept secrets in Baja. Outstanding Value!

Our location is OUTSTANDING!!! We are within easy walking distance to 7 different places to eat and all are excellent. There’s also a mini market, surf shop, pharmacy and a big beautiful public friendly resort all within a few minutes walk. Some of the best surf in Northern Baja is at our doorstep.

I'm a semi retired hairdresser and I live on a famous surfing beach just 10 minutes. south of Rosarito Beach called K38. Our location is well known for its outstanding surf and beach access for the public. There are a variety of restaurants and shops with in a short walk from us. Our immediate area is known as "El Morro" and has almost everything you'll need for an amazing Baja experience with out having to get in your car and drive anywhere. You'll love it here, everyone does.Come down and see for yourself.
