We are walking distance to it all. With a 36 dock and a floating docks for two skis,bring your boat ,bring your skis.. Enjoy the huge screened in lanai for maximum comfort! Inside the master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath,. Across the wing ,two more bedrooms and an extra bathroom.

The space
Bring a boat! Tie up to the 36 ft dock! Park the trailer! Bring the dogs! Plenty of room for it all! This listing is for the downstairs unit. Private entrance with a key code entry. Making first floor level access super easy. Only stairs are down by docks. You have full access to yard, docks, and drive way! Basketball hoop in the drive way. Grill out back! Kayaks and SUP’s available for use.

We have two air mattresses if you have more guests please let us know prior to arrival.
