Rent for a short term a studio apartment (max 2 people) in the heart of Florence!
It's a mini full-equipped apartment with a sofa bed, kitchenette, wardrobe, central heating, bathroom, internet and TV. Towels and linen will be provided.
The strong point is its location. You will be able to visit Florence with no need of public transportation.
Only a short walk from famous landmarks such as the Uffizi Museum, the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, the Ponte Vecchio which spans the Arno river, Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria.
A few steps away you will find cafès, pubs, restaurants, internet points, laundry service, gelato places and more.
Being located a few steps from the river, you can even walk to the Oltrarno district ("the other side of the river") and walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo, a famous square with a magnificent panoramic view.
You can reach my place very easily from the train station by bus since the bus stop (n° 23) is right in front of the entrance of my house.

I had a comfortable stay in this charming little studio. It's greatest charm to my mind is the absolute quiet at night - just what one needs after a busy and bustling day in Florence!
My stay at Massimo's flat was a very good and orderly one. His brother-in-law assisted with getting me checked in despite late arrival and was helpful throughout until checkout. The location was also good, close to few restaurants and bars and in the heart of Santa Croce. The wifi is little weak but not much of a concern since the street down the corner (Via Benci) has free wifi provided by the city. All in all, recommend the flat for future travellers.
This studio is simply phenomenal. Walking distance from pretty much everything, you have everything you need inside the apartment. The hosts are also superb, being helpful and available during my entire stay. Definitely recommended, and that is the place I will return to when I go back to Florence! Grazie mille!
The flat was very nice! Had everything I needed! Very warm! Also Riccardo who showed me to the room was super kind and helpful! This is an excellent location too. I definitely recommend staying here!
Just a heads up though, the bed is a pull out sofa so not the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on, but if you are like me and can see past that then this place is excellent! :)
I had a very positive experience booking and staying in Massimo's apartment. The private ensuite includes a kitchen and full bathroom and is part of the big building where Massimo s family run the bnb business. The location was just perfect. 5 minute walk to Santa Croce and Barghello and 3 minutes to my favourite Piazza Signora. Massimo was in London during my stay but his brother in law Riccardo helped me. He is so nice and friendly and gave good information and guidebooks and maps. Massimo's mom was also very nice and helpful. They made me feel welcome:-) both Massimo and Riccardo were very communicative and fast in replying. And they were so honest in letting me know that the WiFi connection sometimes is a bit slow, but Riccardo was nice enough to give me their bnb apartment keys next door, so I could go there and have good WiFi connection. I would definitely recommend this place :-) good value and great people.
The location was convenient: in the city centre but off the most crowded tourist areas. I felt safe. The flat was a convenient size and had everything you needed. I liked having a tv, so I could watch Italian programs. I was travelling in December, and it was really cold, because the heating is on only a few hours in the morning and evening, so bring warm PJs. The place was a bit worn out in places, eg the shower head leaked, the kitchen faucet leaked and the toilet seat was a bit off. But otherwise it was relatively clean and a good price.
Massimo's place was perfect! Close to everything, secure, and quiet. Highly recommended for solo travellers like me! I didn't meet Massimo but Riccardo was very helpful and was close by if needed. The room is small but has everything you would need. I really enjoyed my stay.
Without doubt the best of the apartment is the location, you can walk everywhere in Florence,
I was with my mother and it was Ok for us, it is a simply and little studio with right amenities,
Massimo was not there but Riccardo welcomed us and treated and helped us incredibly friendly!!!
Thanks Riccardo for your kindness and I highly recommend this studio for travelers
The apartment was in a great location in Florence. Massimo's brother in law, Ricardo met us and was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us lots of info on local restaurants, shopping and sights. We were there only 3 nights so this small apartment was just enough.
