Rent for a short term a studio apartment (max 2 people) in the heart of Florence!
It's a mini full-equipped apartment with a sofa bed, kitchenette, wardrobe, central heating, bathroom, internet and TV. Towels and linen will be provided.
The strong point is its location. You will be able to visit Florence with no need of public transportation.
Only a short walk from famous landmarks such as the Uffizi Museum, the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, the Ponte Vecchio which spans the Arno river, Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria.
A few steps away you will find cafès, pubs, restaurants, internet points, laundry service, gelato places and more.
Being located a few steps from the river, you can even walk to the Oltrarno district ("the other side of the river") and walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo, a famous square with a magnificent panoramic view.
You can reach my place very easily from the train station by bus since the bus stop (n° 23) is right in front of the entrance of my house.
If you'd like to stay at a B&B in the center of Florence, take a look of this beautiful room:
Especially during spring and summer time, you might feel the need to enjoy the sun and the most beautiful beaches of Italy.
Take a look at this nice independent house located in Cagliari, Sardinia, managed by a close friend of mine:

Sardinia is an amazing place where to spend your holidays in Italy. Not only it boasts a great cultural and historical heritage but also among the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean Sea!

Leave the room neat and clean as you found it and limit the noise level in the stair and apartment.
This was my second stay here and it was, again, perfect for my purposes - easy check in; great location, easy walk to all the major sites, but a quiet and relaxed part of town; good price; clean, cosy, quiet apartment. Super easy to deal with the owner as his family own a B+B around the corner. Lovely walk into town along the river, which takes 10 mins.
I didn't meet Massimo but collecting the keys from his brother (who runs his own B & B nearby) was easy enough. The apartment is a compact place and well located, between the Palazzio Vecchnio and the Santa Croce church and also close to the river. The bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was comfy. There is WiFi. There's a small kitchenette with plates and cooking utensils and a washing machine in the bathroom. It's very well-equipped. Really nice little place.
Unfortunately Massimo wasn't there personally to meet me and show me around his place, however, his brother-in-law Riccardo was, and he was really friendly and gave me a map of the historical centre. Massimo continued to check in every now and then to make sure I was enjoying my stay, which was incredibly nice of him.
The place itself was perfectly located, close to the Ufuzzi Galleria (about 5 minutes) and right next to the river! The place was also clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It's perfect for one person, and the kitchenette was stocked with everything you need for cooking! It does get a little bit cold, and the heaters are timed (like in all places in Italy), so definitely bring thick pjs when travelling in winter! Instructions on how to look after the flat and house rules were also clear and fair. Internet was a little spotty, but Massimo will let you use his family's bed and breakfast if needed.
This was my first AirBnb experience, and it was a great way to start! Thank you Massimo!
Exactly as described. Perfect for my needs, clean, comfy, just right for a short trip - and a great location. It's a few minutes walk to Santa Croce, about 15 to the Piazza della Signoria, and the river is at the end of the street for great walks. Good places to eat around there but it's nice and quiet in a tucked-away alley.
Picked up the keys from the family B+B round the corner - they were very friendly and helpful.
I'd stay again. Thanks!
Excellent stay, you have want u want for a home with privacy. Excellent location, everywhere by foot. Massimo & Ricado are nice and willing to answer all the questions, thanks for everything.
I'm 27 years old, from Italy.
I currently live in Melbourne where I'm undertaking a university exchange program, and my brother-in-law is taking care of my guests. If you are in melbourne and would like to meet and have a chat over a cup of coffee, let me know! I'm also tutoring in Italian, so if you are interested, feel free to contact me! Cheers, Massimo.
