The space
This cozy and spacious loft-style suite offers a private, peaceful retreat above the main cottage. With its open layout and warm beach-house charm, it’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for comfort and privacy.

The loft features one full/double-size bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa, allowing the space to accommodate up to 4 guests. The open design creates a bright, airy feel while still maintaining a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully designed living and sleeping area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, pool, or boating adventures.

The loft is located on the same enclosed property as the main cottage and has its own private entrance, offering both privacy and convenience.

The entire property is fully enclosed with a coded electronic gate, offering both privacy and security. The grounds are spacious, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxing, or enjoying the outdoor island lifestyle.

Welcome to your ideal retreat, just moments away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas! Enjoy the sun at Montague Beach. For a taste of paradise, Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island is just a 15-minute drive, while the famous Cable Beach awaits you 25 minutes away.

Convenience is key! Within a 7 minute drive, you’ll find local grocery stores, pharmacies, and a variety of tasty fast-food options, including KFC, Duck Starbucks, Subway, Wendy's, Little Caesars, Burger King, and Dominos Pizza.

For those special nights in out, indulge in fine dining at exquisite restaurants along the shore, just 12 minutes away. Savor the flavors at Poop Deck, Latitudes, Wild Thyme, Salsa, Cafe Matisse, or Dune at the Four Seasons, where every meal becomes a memorable experience.

Boating Experiences (Optional Add-Ons)

One of the highlights of staying at Pineapple Cottages is the opportunity to enjoy private boating experiences, available for an additional cost and arranged upon request.

Local Canal & Coastal Experience:
This relaxed experience takes place just minutes from the property and includes cruising the nearby canals and coastline, snorkeling, light diving, and optional drop-off at a nearby waterfront restaurant for lunch. Perfect for a half-day adventure close to home.

Rose Island Adventure:
A full island experience featuring a scenic cruise through Nassau Harbor, snorkeling, swimming with the pigs, possible turtle sightings, and time spent on beautiful Rose Island. Guests may also enjoy a beachside lunch stop. This is a guest favorite and a true Bahamian bucket-list experience.

Both experiences are private, customizable, and ideal for couples, families, and small groups.

Decor services are available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

The entire property (three villas) can also be rented together for up to 14 guests. Must be booked separately.

Getting Around

The property is located in a quiet residential community, not a resort area. A rental car is recommended for convenience, as we are not within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, or major attractions.

For guests who prefer not to rent a car, taxis are easily accessible in our area. We can also connect you with our co-host Philip, who offers private transportation services including airport pickup, drop-offs, grocery runs, and getting around the island.
