The space
This gorgeous three-bedroom house located perfectly on the south end of Jaco beach Costa Rica, come with a fully equipped kitchen, large car parking, and its own pool and outdoor cooking areas.
Remodeled and modified to serve as the perfect beach house combining functionality and comfort to make your families or friends' holidays the best.
We literally carved through the windows to unify the kitchen, the living room and the pool outdoors area, to perfectly blend it with its spectacular gardens with more than 15 different species of tropical flowers.
Comes with sliding doors, for the moments you want to stay inside and use a little AC.
There is one bedroom downstairs with 1 queen bed, and two more rooms upstairs each with a double bed and AC. Master bedroom also has a 32" flat screen with a queen bed, and there is a full bathroom both downstairs and upstairs as well as WIFI router on the main TV room.

Jaco is separated in three main sections.
SOUTH (where we are located) , Central (the main town) and the North side (where all the towers are), we are located on a little side street called Calle Santana, where all the people on it except for our two buildings belong to the same family and this makes it very nice and warm as well as safe.
The south of Jaco is the prettiest side of town as we have the beach almost in front and its the nice area of the beach with the soft waves and clean sand, also the jungle hike is right behind you.
All in all the best part of the town for many reasons.
