Centrally located on a double dead-end street, my quaint and charming little house is perfect for couples or a small family! Just a 10 minute drive from downtown, Hamburg Pavilion or the interstate it's easy to access all that Lexington has to offer.

The space
Completed in March 2016 everything in the house is new. This adorable 714 sq. ft. tiny house with a purple front door has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lexington.

Features a built-in booth with a window perfect for breakfast on a sunny morning. The full-sized kitchen includes a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. The back deck has a small table with two chairs and overlooks a beautiful fenced-in backyard. The house has a TV but not cable. You are welcome to use the Apple TV to stream movies or TV shows using your cable provider's streaming capabilities.

There are lots of windows for plenty of natural light. There are curtains on most of the windows but they aren't blackout curtains so if you need total darkness to sleep you may want to bring something to cover your eyes.

It's pretty quiet aside from some of the neighborhood traffic and dogs. Children walk to the park just beyond the backyard to play. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars as well as street parking.

Guest access
Off-Street Parking. Key-less Entry. Security System. Driveway big enough for 2-3 vehicles.

Other things to note
If city noises bother you (dogs barking, car/truck/motorcycle noise, etc.) I have two noise machines you may use. You may also choose to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. ***A word of caution. While the stairs are unique and quite cool, they are not a normal shape or dimension. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN WALKING UP OR DOWN THE STAIRS! Hold on to the railing! Do not walk on the stairs in socked feet.***

If you need total darkness to sleep, then it's recommended you bring something to cover your eyes. There 12 windows throughout the house and most of them have curtains. Between the sunlight and the city lights at night, it is well-lit inside.

We love this double dead-end street. The neighborhood is older (think 1950s era) so the street lights are dimmer than the newer neighborhoods, but the house is brand new.

The playground behind the house (owned by Trinity Baptist Church) is a nice area for the kids to play while the adults enjoy a beverage on the back deck.

I am a strong-willed woman that loves to help others. I enjoy being outdoors, planning events for other people, and chocolate. I have many ambitions in life and am tackling them all one at a time. I am a mother to two beautiful little girls, my husband is my best friend, chapstick is a necessity not a choice, and I shamelessly sing showtunes. I enjoy fresh off-the-vine tomatoes, horses, and motorcycles. I plan to learn Italian, go to Tuscany, and make happy memories as often as possible. I enjoy a glass of wine with my favorite people and talking into the morning hours. I love to laugh until I cry and I dream big.
