Located at the Golf resort "La Finca", it is a brandnew modern 2 bedroom house, with 4 sleeps and 2 bathrooms. It has all high end comfort (dishwasher, oven, wifi, tv) and is fully air conditioned. You have a big private garden en 2 terraces available. A barbecue, lounge chairs and furniture are available in the garden. From our terrace you have view on the communal pool only 1 min walk away. It is only 12 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca.

The space
It is a brandnew modern 2 bedroom house, with 4 sleeps and 2 bathrooms. Our house has all high end comfort (dishwasher, oven, wifi, tv) to make your stay very comfortable and is fully air conditioned. You have a big private garden en 2 terraces available. A barbecue, lounge chairs and furniture are available in the garden so you can fully enjoy the sunny climate. From our terrace you have view on the big communal pool only 1 min walk from our apartment. Guests have full access to the communal pool. Access to our house is through electric doors on the community drive way. We recommend to have a car to enjoy the local villages and to get around as there is no public transport. You have parking space available both within and outside the closed community. You will be provided with a remote control to open the gates during your stay.

Our house is located on the 18 hole championship Golf Course La Finca Golf Resort, a very beautiful and quiet area. The commercial area has several restaurants, bars, a pizzeria and small super market. The club house, only 5 min walk from our appartment, is built in a beautiful setting and has a good restaurant and a nice terrace bar at reasonable prices.

In the resort you can enjoy the beatiful 18 hole Golf court. The 5 star hotel on the resort offers Spa facilities and fine dining. Other restaurants and bars on the resort are available for you to enjoy your holiday. Daily there are several local or international markets nearby. Fresh, tasty and cheap vegetables, fish and meat. Several national parks can be visited. Elche, the only palmtree forest and parc in Europe, is also nearby. Nice for walking and taking a coffee in a typical Spanish cafe. Guardamar, the nearast Spanish coastal town is just a 15-minute drive away offering miles of preserved coastlines and blue-flag beaches. Several Shopping locations (Torrevieja, La Zenia (10 min), Murcia (30 min), ...) are easily reachable by car.
