Interaction with Guests
I moved into this my flat about 4 months ago. Thats why you don't see any guest reviews after that time. Therefore you will be living in a more lived in flat then you see in the photographs so I hope you will treat my the utmost respect. I'm a very laid back and clean guy so that is why I have to ask for a modest deposit and cleaning fee.
I am going back to Ireland for Christmas to see my family so I want to leave the flat in the rights couple's hand. I'm happy to discuss any details you want to talk about
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

I stayed at Cathal's with a friend over New Years, and the place was really amazing. Great and location with lots of both bars and restaurants around, and also well connected with buses and the overground. And the apartment itself was great -- especially the sunny and warm living room, perfect to both enjoy breakfast and rest after a long day. And the balcony was perfect for all the unexpected sun we got.
Cathal was also a great host - so easy to talk to when we were arranging our stay, and very fast to respond while we were there even tho he wasn't in London. He was very helpful even tho it was only a few days before New Years, and the flexible check-out on the last day was just great so we didn't have to rush on our last morning.
Cathal was a great host. We had a few inconveniences (such as the hot water stopped running and the fridge didn't work), but Cathal was responsive and attentive of them. He fixed them immediately. The place is spacious. It is located near restaurants and bars. For anyone who isn't used to living in a city or busy town, you might find it a bit noisy. Nonetheless, you'll still be able to get great sleep. It is also near plenty bus stops that will take you to the London Bridge, National Gallery, and other places in proximity. There are many convenience stores around as well. This is a great place with a great location. I highly recommend this flat.
Beautiful apartment with gorgeous surrounding area and parks a stones throw away! Couldn't have asked for a better location with excellent tube links.. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Cathal couldn't have been more friendly and inviting! Definitely recommended!
Cathal was a great host, really helpfull and the apartment was great. Luminous, big, almost empty like a hotel room waiting for someone.
If u plan to do some stuff round Hackney / Stoke Newington is perfect, or even if you are interested in Shoreditch, wich is quite close in frequent buses.
I spent two nights at Cathal's. Amazing experience. Very spacious flat in a great location. It has the nicest balcony for your morning coffee. Cathal is a great host, super easy to communicate with. He was very flexible with my check-out time and I really appreciate it. I will certainly check if this place is available next time I am in London. Highly recommended!
