Ideal for discovering with the family water sports on a huge beach at 1 km or lounging on the sandy beach nearby at 300 m. You can leave the cottage, with just the bag on your back, for hikes along the coast. Village and forest 1 km away. Deep cleaning and self-catering offered. You have the whole place to yourself. Adjoining 43 sqm duplex house with 27 sqm private terrace sheltered by a awning, with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, and a garden of approx. 150 sqm.
The accommodation has a living room of 23 m² with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, as well as an equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, 4 gas burner stove, microwave, storage closets). You have a washing machine at your disposal.
You also have a small bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
Finally, a bedroom upstairs, on the mezzanine with a large Vélux frame with sea views, offers you a bed for 2 people, a dresser. I offer bedding and a shower towel per person. The bed is made upon arrival.
