On the ground floor, you will be greeted by an entrance that leads to a through living room bathed in light, with a wood burning stove. The living room includes a TV with Wii console for your relaxing moments, as well as a large dining table to share your meals. The open kitchen, equipped and functional, has a friendly central island.
A relaxation area with a school office and board games is available for your use. A laundry room with a washing machine, a bicycle garage, and a separate toilet complete this level.
Upstairs you will discover three beautiful bedrooms, including a master bedroom with desk and decorative fireplace as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower room.
On the top floor, a children's playroom and an extra bedroom offer a perfect space for the youngest.

This home is located in a quiet and residential environment.
Undeclared parties, parties, events, and outdoor visitors are prohibited.
The number of guests present must match the reservation and never exceed the capacity allowed.

Any violations may result in an immediate interruption of the stay without refund, as well as a request for compensation through Airbnb, in accordance with the listing's rules.
