This Caribbean holiday home is built in the plantation colonial villa style. Nestled off the eco-friendly mangrove wetlands and centred within the Island’s main tourist hotspot of Crown Point, the villa boasts of a fantastic location - within a mile of 4 of the most popular beaches in Tobago. It’s manicured garden boasts some of the islands’ local flora and fauna with a swimming pool, overlooked by three east & west-facing balconies each offering daily views of glorious sunrises and sunsets.

The space
The villa is fully furnished and equipped for the perfect holiday experience on this idyllic Island paradise. The buildings’ orientation is west-facing with two bedrooms on the upper deck and two on the ground floor. All bedrooms have both east and west-facing windows, lending themselves to the vivid morning rising and the subtle evening setting sun. The decorative style of the villa is distinctly Caribbean Colonial with a fusion of French fretwork and shutters with the American Regency style of shaded balconies and wrap around verandas. The open front porch and the living room which opens onto the front lawn provide for great socialising and entertainment opportunities. The kitchen is on the first floor and feeds onto the centre outdoor terrace where meals are served under the roof-shaded, breezy ambience surrounded by the canopied garden. Tropical flora and fauna dominate the garden and provides colour and a sun-speckled shaded space cooled by the swimming pool. The island of Tobago is tropical, and visitors are advised to travel with mosquito and bug repellant if they intend staying outdoors in the evenings and at night.

Guest access
Entire gated premises with villa, garden, and swimming pool. The property is located within the Seashell Villa Estate which is a neighbourhood with a guarded entrance.

Other things to note
Tobago is an Eco-friendly island known for its strict policies in protection of the environment. Tobago is host to the oldest forest reserve in the Western Hemisphere, and it’s bird sanctuaries boast the widest biodiversity of bird species in the West Indies, whilst its mangrove wetlands serve as the largest spawning and nesting ground for its wide array of coral fish and marine life. For the sake of preserving the ecological balance, the island of Tobago is not subjected to any aerial spraying or fogging. The villa is located in the district of Crown Point not far from the mangrove wetlands. It is therefore important to travel with your own bug repellant since there tend to be mosquitoes and bugs in the night when outdoors at certain times of the year.
