It's a studio apartment with everything you need in a pad. Separated kitchen, independent bathroom and bedroom. You'll love it 'cause the value per money is huge, especially considering the location

  • My boyfriend and I, are two young professionals that wanted to live as Romans do, and this was the perfect apartment! Firstly, the location. The apartment was less than 2 minutes walking distance from Campo Dei Fiori, one of the best (if not the best) market in Rome. We were able to stroll to all major points of interest and landmarks (we really like to walk and see and experience the backstreets, even the north eastern sites like the Spanish Steps were extremely doable). We loved the area because we found some fantastic restaurants, holes-in-the-walls, and really enjoyed the nearby nightlife from time to time. Secondly, the Apartment and Service provided by Guglielmo was great! Guglielmo was so amazing to work with. He responded so quickly to all of our needs and he made key pick up and drop off incredibly easy. The apartment is clean, quaint, well lit (so much natural light!), and it is stocked with everything you may need. So, there is no need to bring umbrellas, tour books, towels, etc! Lastly we enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen. We cooked a full meal for four using the kitchen and utensils - just BYOFood! Overall, this apartment is wonderful for short or long stays. I would return here in a heart beat. I am so happy we chose this apartment and got to know Guglielmo. Beautiful Aparment. Beautiful People. In a Beautiful City.

  • The apartment was great, and all the arrangements were very easy. I highly recommend it for a distinctive and convenient place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is fantastic.

  • Great apartment in the Montparnasse area of Paris. Great neighborhood, with cafes/restaurants/markets only a couple minute walk away. The apartment building is very safe, clean and quiet.

The apartment was very spacious, well maintained, good beds and everything you could possibly need in terms of supplies. Wifi was fast, and worked without issue.

Guglielmo was very professional. He's a very good communicator. Check in and check out was smooth. Was there for two weeks and Guglielmo checked in half way through to make sure everything was good. Couldn't have asked for more.

    Thanks!

  • As said before, this apartment is very well-located, close to the train station and to metro and bus stops. It is large and accommodated ten of us very well.

To fit us all we hade to do some re-arrangement of the bed rooms and we did not use the bed sofa because it was too hard in head area. So instead we used the extra fold out bed.

When we where there the where converts available in the apartment. The apartment is a good deal for the money and the location is excellent.

The only bad thing was that there was insufficient number of plates, cutlery and glassware in the apartment for 10 people. But we only had breakfast in the apartment, so we managed. The service provided from Guglielmo and his team was very good. I would highly recommend this apartment.

  • This apartment has an excellant location and is in a safe, relaxed neighborhood with markets and restaurants close by. The apartment is across the street from a cemetary so the neighbors are very quiet. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and the wi-fi worked. No frills.
We had 2 adults and 2 teens and the apartment was perfect for us.

  • Excellent location, close to everything you want to see in Rome, half of them even in walking distance. For the sights a bit longer away, you're just a few minutes from the the metro and central bus lines. The only negative thing to say is that the place could have been cleaned a bit better.

  • The place is lovely and very centrally located. It was great to be just a short jaunt from the vatican, and mere steps away from an evening in Trastavere. Would love to stay here again.

  • This apartment is very well-located, close to the train station and to metro and bus stops. It is very large and accommodated seven of us very well. It has the foibles of older apartments, including a combination of different electrical sockets (particular to Italy, I think) not always matched with the appliances. Guests should check that things like the toaster or coffee pot can be plugged in, and if not, make sure the key holder provides the right converter. (This is for the appliances in the apartment, not your own for which you should have your own converters.) We had some problems with the washing machine but the agency sent a repair person. It took a while to figure out how it worked, since the directions were in Italian, but once we got it to work, we left a set of directions in English for future tenants.
The apartment will work out well, but it is important that you check the appliances when you are shown through. We asked for the TV to be turned on, and it took Enzo (the keyholder) a while to get it set up and I'm sure we would have had much more difficulty managing it ourselves.
Despite these minor problems, the apartment is a good deal for the money and the location is excellent.
