Percy's Place is a very cozy 3-bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all the major ski resorts as well as the Lake. Great hiking trails within walking distance too!

The space
Percy's Place is a three-bedroom, two-bath home just outside wonderful Tahoe City. Highlights of the house include a large, comfortable, second-floor living area, which goes out to a lovely sunny deck with a newly installed hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Between the trees you can even catch a glimpse of the lake from the deck.

If you are a dog lover, you are in great luck! This will be a vacation home of your dreams! Percy, a golden retriever, has had his paws in on helping with setting up his place. He wanted both people and pups to feel welcome, so you will enjoy discovering his personal touches throughout the house. And the neighborhood is full of doggie playmates of all shapes and sizes!

You will be a short walk away from a US forest service trail that goes forever, connecting with the Tahoe Rim Trail, among others. Gorgeous Lake Tahoe is just down the hill, and the shops and restaurants of Tahoe City are a short drive away. The Truckee River is nearby for recreation and rafting (one of Percy's favorite summer activities), and Palisades, Alpine Meadows and Northstar are just down the road for your favorite winter sports. There is even a cross-country ski area nearby where you can ski with your dog. And for those of you who just can't get away from the office, we also have free wireless internet access available.

Come out for fun or for rest and relaxation. You can find everything you need at Percy's Place. You will be begging to come back!

Please note that during the peak winter and summer months, as well as holidays, that there is usually a 3-night minimum for a weekend stay. Xmas and New Years weeks may also have special minimum stay requirements. But please feel free to inquire and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Prices also include the required 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) that must be collected and paid to Placer County. You will NOT be billed separately for this, as might be the case with other properties.

The neighborhood is super quiet and very lightly trafficked. At the top of the street there is a U.S. Forest trailhead, and the lake itself is about half a mile or so down the hill.
