The space
A tall and skinny unique build even for Nashville standards! There are two units. One middle unit with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a Karaoke stage, and views in every direction! The top unit is a penthouse with skyline views of the city, unobstructed by any neighbor buildings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a HUGE kitchen! The Master also has its own private steam room / shower and walk-in closet.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the penthouse suite, and the mid-level apartment! (with the karaoke stage) Plenty of private parking for multiple vehicles too! The downstairs is reserved via PeerSpace, so please be aware that there may be potential for noise during your stay.

Check out our event space available downstairs to rent on PeerSpace! Complete with TV's, a projector, plenty of chairs for your event, a grand piano, wet bar and stools, with an upper level to fully take-in the space!

Our PeerSpace:
Wide open and airy natural light space with Steinway baby grand piano, bar and mezzanine. Minimal furniture, open to various options. 51 folding chairs on premises, seating for 75. Great for casting auditions, social gatherings, meetings, rehearsals, theater reads, anyone needing nice clean indoor open space for gathering. One bathroom and bar with two small fridges and sink, upstairs loft.
