Charming older one bedroom house, with a full size bed, is comfortable for two. Pets are welcome and the backyard is fenced. Quiet neighborhood and minutes away from downtown Ferndale and Royal Oak. Close to major freeways.

Charming, small 1926 house in Fabulous, Fashionable, Ferndale, just minutes from Detroit.
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and laundry in the basement. It's small and cozy, perfect for singles, couples or a small family visiting Metro- Detroit. There is a futon in living room, and the bedroom has a full size bed. New gas stove/oven and has central heat and in the summer a window air conditioner and a portable air conditioner.

Neighborhood is in transition, small older homes, new homes and small, new townhouse complexes, several restaurants within walking distance.

This little home is comfortable, cozy, clean and has positive, warm energy. I will make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay in fabulous Ferndale. The home is older and modest, has hardwood floors.

Home is small but has an enclosed sun room, full basement, and fully fenced backyard. There is a driveway to park your car too.

You will have access to the entire home. The kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, toaster oven and basic cooking gadgets. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player, and basic cable channels and Roku streaming stick.

Included in the rental are free Wi-Fi, freshly laundered linens, towels, free laundry, kitchen items, and coffee/tea, and basic breakfast items.

The garage can be used for parking, but the doors are not automatic garage doors and the garage is quite rustic. Plenty of parking available on site.

I live nearby and can meet you when you check in. I'm happy to provide suggestions of places to visit and local restaurants. If your arrival time conflicts with my schedule I have a lock box for the key for an easy check in. If you have questions I am always available by text, phone airbnb messaging.

The neighborhood is quiet and there are some restaurants within walking distance. Ferndale is a fabulous and fashionable town, with a mix of quiet residential streets, a trendy downtown shopping and restaurant scene, a variety of nightlife.
Downtown Ferndale is a few miles away and has easy access to freeways and Woodward Ave. and public bus systems. Close to Royal Oak, Birmingham which are a popular and fun cities as well.
A park nearby is a great place to walk your dog(s).

It's best if you have a car as public transportation isn't the best, it is the Motor City after all! Uber and lyft are also possible options.

I am very flexible with check in and check out times. But appreciate it if you give me an approximate time you plan to check in and out.
