The space
Minutes from all that Santa Barbara & Montecito have to offer yet in a location on the Riviera that's central to everything and is fabulously quiet, offers total relaxation and panoramic ocean, island & city views.

An oasis of tranquility the Studio has an inviting atmosphere with it's all white, chic interior that is clean, crisp & well appointed. A queen size bed, high quality linens & down duvet and extra pillows. Bathroom features a dual headed shower, plush new towels, a ceramic hair dryer and bath products. The kitchenette is stocked with a Nespresso machine, a french press, electric kettle, frothed liquid heater (for latte, etc), tea and more.

Equipped with high speed WiFi, a 50" HiDef flatscreen TV with an Amazon Firestick to stream your fav flicks, a mobile speaker & outdoor lantern to listen to music through or just enjoy the birdsong on this quiet hillside perch.

This is an ultra quiet neighborhood where you'll wake up to birds chirping and the Pacific Ocean in full view.

A two person quilted top hammock is a relaxing space in your private garden to star gaze or simply take a nap & snuggle.

On hand for your use: clothing steamer, iron, ironing board and starch, beach chairs and beach throw & fully loaded insulated picnic blanket.

Living in Santa Barbara and being a full time real estate broker I see dozens of homes every week and am constantly reminded of what a beautiful home I have in such an amazing city. I love a great view and therefore my home is always a welcome retreat after my travels. Thankfully I don't have to leave town in order to enjoy a beautiful life, hence right at our fingertips is excellent hiking, cycling, beach volleyball, soccer, restaurants, farmers markets, wineries, surf and the list goes on and on.
