This apartment is available to those looking to vacation in Miami's world famous South Beach.
This privately owned apartment is available for rent (ideally 1-3 months, with exceptions for family & friends). The prices are very reasonable, considering Miami's appeal as a popular destination and vacation spot - with many festivals and events (Film, Music, Arts, and Sports) coming to town. Typically staying at my condo costs less than half the cost of the nearby luxury hotels and provides twice the space.

Building Name: Roney Palace
The location is ideal for South Beach. It's directly on the beach, right off 23rd St and right where all the new hotels/restaurants are located (W Hotel / Setai / Boulan) with the former Perry Hotel being part of the complex my apt is in. You can easily access all parts of South Beach from my apartment:
- Beach access - 1 minute walk (it is right out back)
- Lincoln Road Mall - 7 minute walk to many shops/restaurants
- Ocean Drive (starts on 14th St) - 10 minute walk down the beach
- Collins Ave - this street is lined with many hotels that provide numerous options for restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
*** UPDATE-1 The (former) Perry Hotel is in the midst of a $150M renovation lasting until the summer of 2014 when it will re-open as the brand new 5-star 1Hotel. Right now work being done on balconies, center pool, and hotel lobby. Outside of normal construction noise during the work day, this does not affect valet parking, beach / south pool access, or my actual apartment (since I don't have a balcony). There will be scaffolding up on the sides of the building while they work to replace the balconies throughout the winter/spring.
*** UPDATE-2 The complex has started replacing all the external windows and balcony railings. The project started in May-13 and lasts throughout the winter as they work around the building. The work in my unit is complete and I now have brand-new windows.
The complex has 3 pools; the South pool (on side near the W Hotel), the Center pool and the Rooftop pool (which is run when the hotel is open). Once outside at the pool, you can use your access card to get towels and chairs from the staff. The South pool also leads down to the beach.
*** UPDATE-3: The South pool renovations were completed in Nov-13 and this pool re-opened as the main pool to use. The Center pool is now closed for renovations and construction of 2 new pools, a new beach club and new boardwalk - this will last until Summer 2014. If it gets noisy, it makes for a perfect time to head to the beach :)
3. Sleeping Arrangements:
There are 2 queen beds in the main bedroom, similar to a hotel room set-up. In addition, there's (1) twin roll-away bed, (1) luxury queen air mattress, along with (2) twin air mattresses, and a couch. The main walk-in closet has extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. Comfortably, 4 people can sleep in the apt (with 5 ppl max).

The living room has a 52 inch plasma TV with HD digital cable and surround sound. The bedroom has a 40-inch LCD TV. Both rooms have DVD players. In addition, I have high-speed WiFi internet access in the condo for guests to use for free.
The bathroom has a tub with shower set-up. The cabinets are stocked with many fresh/clean towels, along with (2) hair dryers and many other general vanity items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) - pretty much everything you need. There's also a large walk-in closet next to the bathroom with extra beach towels, an iron, and plenty of room to store and hang clothes.
6. Valet Parking:
I own a valet spot for one car (or SUV) if you need parking. The valet is right out front (23rd St entrance) and you can call ahead to have your car ready. There is no additional charge to use my spot.
- Laundry: the laundry room is directly across from the apt, making it very easy to wash clothes/towels if required.
- Kitchen: the kitchen has a full range of stainless steel appliances; microwave, fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc. I also have a Keurig coffee machine for you to make gourmet coffee & tea. I also have a variety of alcohol stocked in a bar set up.
- Keyless Entry and Access Cards: the building is run like a hotel with 24-hr security. An access card is required to gain entrance to the elevators and the main pool decks - it's a very secure building. My apartment has key-less entry, so you will be a provided an access code to enter the actual apartment
- The (former) Perry Hotel: Even though the hotel is closed for renovations, there is a café, as well as the hip David Barton Gym & Spa (there is a daily guest fee for use of the gym/spa).
- Getting Around: it's very easy to hail a cab right in front of the building, however, there is also a bike rental station that many visitors use for quick trips around town (I prefer biking around the beach town).

You cannot beat the world famous and beautiful beaches of South Beach in Miami, Florida!!
It's a beach town, so it's easy to walk around to most places. I prefer to rent a bicycle (they have city bikes all around town to use for short trips) to use in getting anywhere a little faster and/or you can also find taxis pretty easy.

Solo a una cuada de la playa y a metros de restaurantes, bares, negocios. Jeremy respondió siempre en término y ofreciendo toda la información que le pedíamos y aún más. Absolutamente recomendable.
Jeremy provided excellent communication pre/post our stay, and he was quick to help resolve an issue we had with the mgt office and the access key. While there's still a lot of construction at the property it had only a nominal interruption to our visit, and only during the weekday. The free valet parking, close proximity to the beach, and heated pool were huge bonus features that were great for our family.

The house was tremendous, centrally located close to shopping area and just by the beach, large enough for three but beside all of these, Jeremy is a perfect landloard . All the staff you think you might need for such a vacation , were actually available in the house like you are in your own place. He is responsive and very supportive which makes the stay easier. I strongly recommend this place to eveybody who thinks to spent some time in Miami.
Jeremy's apartment was super well equipped, it had everything. Location is great and the parking spot is a definite plus. We would definitely come back there. During the week there is noise due to construction, but that should end once the works are done. During the weekend no such problem. A very positive experience, recommended.

South Beach was our favorite part of the vacation. This apartment location was perfect and very close to all the action in South Beach. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. The apartment was very clean and it was a very personal touch that the apartment was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Jeremy was very helpful and very thorough. It is obvious that he has thought through everything. It was also very nice to have valet service at no additional cost. My three children loved the high speed wi-fi and access to a variety of DVDs. The only disadvantage is the construction going on throughout the building. All of the pools were not open and the area (grounds) looks like a construction site. I think the building will be beautiful when it is completed, but at this point it does not look glamourous. This did not affect our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.
We had a Great time in Miami. The apartments worked out great for us, the beach access and pool were great. Yes, the building is under construction but I am sure is will be awesome once its completed. One great thing thing that whatever you think you forgot, no worries it's there. The construction is loud during the day, but we were mostly out anyway so it wasn't terrible.

This apartment is amazing, even if is has not the ocean view. It is full equipped and very very clean.
Jeremy was a great host. He gave us all the information we needed. He didn't see him but we received a detailed list and information via mail before our arrival. He also responded to our request during our stay in few hours.
We couldn't ask for more! We are really happy and satisfied.
