Save the environment .. Guests are given electricity (6 units daily) and water allowance (1 cubic meter) which will be monitored on arrival and departure. If usage exceeds allowance guests will charged per unit.The charge will be paid on departure or deducted from refundable security deposit.
L'appartement que nous avons loué se trouve en réalité dans une résidence pour hôtel, qui est très bien pour y passer quelques jours.
La propriétaire Stephie n'était pas présente lors de notre arrivée et a demandé à une autre personne de nous accueillir. Vraiment très sympathique.
Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de l'appartement, la piscine (horaire d'ouverture 10h_18h). Nous avons également apprécié la situation de l'appartement car le supermarché est à côté et les bars et restaurants y sont proches aussi.
Nous avons regretté le fait que dans la cuisine, nous ne disposions pas de plaques électriques.
Je conseille cette appartement pour des jeunes qui souhaitent venir découvrir Malte en s'amusant- Je le déconseillerai pour des vacances prolongées familiales.

the apartment has a great location, close to the bus stops and the centre of St Julians & paceville.
The apartment was very nice and the swimming pool was the best. Realy nice place to stay.
Durant notre séjour dans cet appartement nous avons constaté des points positifs, comme, malheureusement, des négatifs.
Pour commencer, les points positifs étaient: la présence de la piscine, puis la bon emplacement de l'appartement (en plein centre, cela réduit la prise de transports).
Cependant, nous avons notés certains points négatifs qui nous ont déçus: nous n'avons pas fait de check-in, la présence importante de fourmis et cafards (Stephie ne voulait pas nous fournir une bombe supplémentaire, l'autre étant vide, le changement de prix du lit d'appoint une semaine avant notre arrivée, Stephie nous appellant le matin pour nous menacer d'expulsion alors que nous n'étions pas coupables de ce qu'elle nous reprochait, la piscine ferme à 18h (alors que le soleil se couche bien plus tard), le réfrigérateur cassé (elle nous a dit le savoir lorsque nous lui avons signalé) par conséquent la nourriture qui venaient d'être achetée perimée à jeter, l'eau des toilettes/salle de bain des voisins du haut qui coule le long du mur de la notre = mauvaise odeur, le ventilateur cassé, la plaque de cuisson aussi, et par dessus tout, la porte cassée (elle le savait aussi) impossible à fermer en rentrant le soir (= insécurité).

There is no need for check in hence that is why we have a reception and a set of rules and instructions for you to read on arrival.
It is clearly stated that should there be any maintenance reports they should be reported within 24 hours or during your stay..
The damaged fridge not cooling was immediately replaced just 2 hours after your report so I am unsure of your complaint!! Unfortunately, you came across such insects which is rare in our apartments however being a hot Mediterranean country I cannot say it is uncommon. The agreement for an extra payment for the bed was prior to your arrival - you were very aware that the apartment sleeps 4 persons and not 5 when you booked.
I booked this apt for my parents, while they have been spending 3 weeks in Malta. Overall apt was good - nice location, convenient and comfortable rooms, and good communication with host.
A couple minor things - there was paid cooker (since apt doesn't have initially cooker) and safe, cleaning man hasn't done a proper cleaning.
Stephie was a great in communication and pretty flexible!
Overall, according to the parents experience, I would recommend this apt as a good value for money!
We visit Malta at the middle of May 2014. The apartment was precise as shown in pictures and it was really good for 4 young persons - spacious, bright and with the pool just in few meters from terrace. The pool was just perfect because water in sea was still cold and every morning taking sunbaths at the pool we were glad that we chose this apartment . The neighborhood was very quiet, although the Paceville is in 10 min walk. The bus stop and shops are just few minutes walking from the apartment, and what is also important there was shop down the street which was working almost all night where you can buy everything starting from water till shampoo :)
I would definitely suggest to choose this apartment! :)
We stayed here with my wife and her friend. We arrived early in the morning. Stephie arranged a place to leave our luggage before it was time to check in. The apartment was simple though nice and clean. We went swimming in the pool right after checking in. The pool was the first reason of choosing this apartment and it was fantastic and definitely worth it. You will not find many apartments with a pool in St. Julian’s. We met Stephie on the next day. She was very helpful advising some lovely places to eat out and recommending things to see around the island.
The location is perfect. There are two large food stores just 5-10 minutes’ walk. A lovely promenade along the beach with multiple restraints, places to eat and rocky beaches to swim is just a couple of steps away. A small sandy beach is 10-15 minutes’ walk. It is very quiet even though the night clubs of Paceville are just 10 minutes’ walk away. A bus stop with direct buses to the most popular parts of the island is just down the street.
This apartment is more hotel like than “airbnb home like” but still it was a wonderful experience staying here and 100% as expected. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment with a pool and good location at a reasonable price.
