This wonderful and recently refurbished apartment is located in the heart of Liverpool's city centre. The main attractions are all within walking distance as are the city's many restaurants, bars, theatres and entertainment venues.
Recently refurbished apartment perfectly located in the city centre.
The apartment has 1 double bed and a further single bed should there be multiple guests. It has a kitchen with stove and fridge and a private bathroom.
The building is located on Rodney Street which is right in the city centre although it is a relatively quiet street.
There are numerous restaurants and bars/pubs/clubs within just a 5 minute walk and most of the cities attractions are within walking distance. It is also very close to the city's main train station (10 minute walk).
Guests will have access to the communal laundry, an outdoor patio with garden furniture.

I am always available by phone and am often in the area. If not, my family live close by and are always available to help if needed.
We stayed in Liverpool for the weekend and the flat was in a perfect location for exploring the city and going out in the evening.
The flat is small but we likes it an it was exactly what we wanted and was lovely and clean.
There were some issues with the heating not working consistently, however Sam was very good at helping us to sort it out and had provided a portable heater which was great as it was a cold weekend!
The only negatives were that there was no wifi working, one light in the bathroom didn't work and the shower was leaking. However overall we had a great weekend!
Amazin Spot, very close to the city center and the clubs/pubs.
The flat itself is very good equipped and have anything that we could ask for.
The wi-fi was a bit slow but not so bad.
All in All very we had good stay.
The apartment is small but cosy, within minutes walking distance from the major Liverpool attractions, and the university. I had an enjoyable stay at Sam's apartment, and Sam is a very considerate and welcoming host. There was a boiler issue upon my arrival, which Sam helped me to resolve promptly. The no-key entrance system is very convenient indeed!
Everything was great. Only downside was the room was slightly cold and we didn't know how to get the heating on. Also could do with the wifi code being readily available. But no dramas, great place to stay and a great location. Thanks Sam - we'll be back!
This was my favorite apartment during our trip to UK and Ireland because:
- The lock to the apartment is electronic so you don't need a key.. so no risk of losing it and being locked out. I was travelling with two other people so we could all go to different places without having to worry about who would keep the key.
- I was the "third wheel" so I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to actually set my bed up every night as it's already "set".
- The shower (great water pressure). It was bit cold outside so a nice hot shower after a long day walking was highly appreciated... I missed it in all the other apartments I stayed in!
The flat is in a great location, an easy walk from Lime Street Station and a lot of sights. Though it feels like student housing, it was ok for the weekend. I don't think I could have slept another night on the bed, which was not comfortable at all (you could feel all the springs by lightly running your hand over the mattress). Also, there were no instructions for heating, the internet was down, and the flat was not provided with toilet paper (there was the last 1/4 of one roll), or washing up liquid. Sam was responsive to texts, so I did get heating sorted for the second night.
Our stay here was nice and simple, just stopping through Liverpool. Overall, the place was good, in a good location. However, we did not have heat or wifi which was a bit upsetting, but a good space.
