Surrounded by pine forest, the house is about 100 m to the sea and little more to Santa Caterina village. Through a path in the woods, you can reach the sea of the Natural Park of Porto Selvaggio far about 200 m.
The apartment consists of a dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds with the option to add a third one.
Outside there is a patio and two terraces on same level with table, chairs, shower, solarium and barbecue.
The villa is located in Santa Caterina of Nardo, few meters away from sea cliff (with a lot of flat rocks however) and smooth swimming, few meters away from a charming village of Santa Caterina with a small beach, few miles away from Nardo, where you can find all the main services.
The house is surrounded by a lush garden with beautiful plants, which leads directly to a Porto Selvaggio pine forest.
In about ten minutes, you can reach the natural park of Porto Selvaggio, walking through marked trails in the pine forest.
Here you will find a small pebble beach, in a really untouched nature.
On request we provide linen and bed sheets and towels for the duration of the stay, at an additional cost of euro seven per person.
Thank you for the nice welcoming (Pinuccia made for us delicious zucchini flower fritters!). Her and her husband Elio were very nice to us. Despite a misunderstanding at the beginning we managed with Marco and Pinuccia to find a solution and it all worked well at the end. The place is nice (although, the mosquito nets were all broken in the house and we had a lot of them) and very close to a rock blue sea and the National Park.
