This beautifully designed, sun-drenched home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, featuring all-new furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors. Enjoy preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen or cozy up by one of the two indoor fireplaces. For added comfort, the entire home boasts heated floors, ensuring warmth and relaxation year-round.

Ideal for families or groups, this home offers flexible sleeping arrangements with all three bedrooms on the first floor featuring king-size beds that can easily convert to twins. Two of these bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms. The first floor also includes a full-sized laundry room for convenience.

On the second floor, you'll find the master suite, complete with a king bed, a private fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite bath. The open living and dining area invites you to unwind by the gas fireplace or step out onto the expansive patio, where you'll find ample seating and a firepit—perfect for soaking in the stunning views. All bedrooms are equipped with 50" TVs for your entertainment.

The guest house shares the same driveway offers flexible sleeping arrangements with both bedrooms on the second floor. The master has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a king-size bed that can easily convert to twins. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor. The guest house is complete with its own gourmet kitchen.

The expansive patio area invites you to unwind, where you'll find ample seating and a firepit—perfect for soaking in the stunning views. Both bedrooms are equipped with 50" TVs for your entertainment.

There is a laundry room located in the garage for guest use.

Please note that the home does not have air conditioning. For your comfort, wall heating is available throughout all bedrooms and floors, and tower fans are provided throughout the home.
