We are situated in the heart of Bridgend. The local shop is just across the road. There is a bus stop next to the shop. This cosy flat has a balcony overlooking the river and is well equipped for two people.Sit on the balcony and watch the river running by with a special Islay malt..
Please note that we are in Bridgend which is a lovely quiet village and the main town is Bowmore which is 3 miles away from us.
Our flat is located at the end of our house next to the garage the front door leads you up to the flat where our lovely cosy accommodation awaits for you.
Please note you are coming to a self catering flat which means you have to cater for all your own meals i do not provide any food as guests are expecting breakfast which i do not offer.
There is no wi-fi available anywhere in this accommodation.
You have access to the flat and washing machine below in utility room along with the washing lines.

Interaction with guests
The flat will be open for you so park at the end of the building and i will meet you at some point of your stay.The key will be left inside the white door for your arrival.
The flat has to be left the same way as you were given it, do not leave dishes in the sink or plates etc lying around.Dispose of all rubbish and food and use bins provided.
Other things to note
Please note that you are coming to an Island so that means planning your journey before arriving ...you have to get here either by ferry or plane.If bringing a car you have to prebook your car on the ferry you cannot turn up and expect to get on the ferry without a booking you do not need to book a ticket if you are a foot passenger.
Plan ahead and work out your journey and times.
As you are staying self catering the only thing we provide is the bedding and towels we do not provide any other items such as food cleaning materials etc you have to provide these yourselves.
If arriving off the late ferry the only place to purchase food is at the Co-op in Bowmore nowhere else is open at that time in the evening and most restaurants stop serving food about 9pm.
All guests must leave the flat the same way as it was (URL HIDDEN) dirty dishes left in sinks.
No furniture can be moved in the accommodation.
All rubbish to be put away in outside bins on day of departure it is situated right outside of the flat.
