Designed with privacy in mind, each home features professionally built lockout units between floors and neighboring townhomes, allowing guests to book individual spaces or entire homes - while always maintaining complete privacy and comfort.

The space
Welcome to your expansive coastal retreat offering both comfort and elevated luxury, located just moments from Downtown Dunedin. This new, two-level townhome combines the charm of private outdoor living with refined interiors and rooftop views. Renting the full home provides exclusive access to both the upper and lower units, making it ideal for families, groups, or guests seeking extra space and privacy.

- 3 blocks to the waterfront
- Direct access to the Pinellas Trail for walking, jogging, or biking miles of scenic paths

Whether you’re staying for a few days or longer, everything you need is close by. Guests can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, or explore by bike. Guests can rent bikes from The Bike Lab - just mention Dunedin Foundry for 10% off your rental.

The Space
This full townhome includes both the first-floor and second-floor units, offering spacious living across two beautifully designed levels.

Upper Level:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with Nova memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and towel warmer
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Large private balcony with plush seating
- Rooftop deck with a hidden wet bar, perfect for sunset views and evening relaxation

Lower Level:
- Two bedrooms and one full bathroom
- Small den and kitchenette
- Bedroom 1: King bed with sliding doors leading directly to the patio and fenced backyard
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Private fenced backyard with outdoor seating, Blackstone grill, and pet-friendly turf

This home offers two separate cooking spaces, ideal for entertaining or extended stays:
Upper-Level Full Kitchen:

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are not always available, but we’re happy to try to accommodate when possible. If you arrive early on the day of check-in, feel free to message us to see if the unit is ready.

Guest Count
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless you receive prior written approval from the host. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a $100 fine per person, per night. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior host approval.

Pets
We welcome one dog with a $200 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered with prior owner approval.
- No aggressive breeds
- 50 lb maximum unless pre-approved by the host
- No cats (as much as we love them!)

Please review the full Pet Rules in the House Rules section before booking. If you instant-book and do not meet these requirements, you will be required to cancel from the guest side. A full refund is provided only at the time of booking.

Parking
One driveway parking space is provided. Space is limited and may not accommodate large vehicles. Additional options include limited street parking on Douglas Avenue and a nearby free public parking lot. The garage is a shared space used for bike and beach equipment storage.

Flood Zone
The property is located 3 blocks from the water in a non-flood zone.

Cameras
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the building and in shared interior hallways only. There are no cameras inside any private living spaces.
