I am the owner/developer of Heartwood Subdivision where the Sportsman Lodge is located just inside our Entrance Gate. I graduated from East Carolina University in 1973, played football, settled in Wilmington NC for most of my adult life until purchasing and developing a 330 acre mountaintop subdivision and moving to Boone. I am a licensed General Contractor in NC/TN, enjoy hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with my family. I look forward to your visit and memorable stay in the Sportsman Lodge. Ron
