About this listing
Please note: Due to city moratorium on short term rentals in Indian Wells, we are only be able to rent for a ONE WEEK or LONGER stay. All city room taxes are included in our fee.
First, I must inform you that our city has a new ordinance restricting residence rentals to 7 Day MINIMUM. The "Monterey Garden" room is also well appointed, with comfortable furniture and a 37" wide screen TV and WIFI! This suite has a private entrance and bathroom, as well as an abbreviated kitchenette. Our guests in either room might say that we're trying to out do the $250.00+ rooms competing--yet we still only charge our guests a much lower rate, which also includes an 11.25% transient occupancy tax that is required along with a three -night minimum by the City of Indian Wells. We don't charge cleaning or parking fees. (Consider that Airbnb's fees for booking are far less than most hotel's parking fees!) Please email us if the particular dates you desire aren't available and we will let you know of other close dates that might be available.
You have a lovely view of the colorful patio garden---which provides additional living space, with a small dining table/chairs just outside your door. For more expansive veiws of the desert and nearby Mount Eisenhower, there are comfortable chairs and chaise lounges that surround the newly remodeled and renovated pool and spa. The patio overhang is equipped with misters and fans that cool the area by at least 10 degrees on hot, summer days. A brand new Weber grill and toaster oven are also available for your more serious cooking needs. Your hosts are also pleased to supply you with their favorite drinking and dining spots in the desert. We supply at no extra charge: coffee, orange juice, milk, cocoa, herbal teas, and plenty of bottled water--as well as oatmeal, fresh fruits, popcorn, bagels, cream cheese, snack bars, and a selection of three dry cereals.
