During your stay at Under The Oak Tree, you are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities available inside and outside the home. Please note that the basement is inaccessible and will be locked throughout your visit, as it is unfinished and houses utilities. The backyard fence line is not complete on the side of the garage and the neighbor has property close to the property line. This historic home had a porch incorporated into the bathroom; guests may notice a slight tilt of the floor, but it is structurally sound.
