Ruhige Lage, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Mandarinen aus dem Garten, bis zum Meer nur 5 Minuten und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Danke Zlata!
Zlata was the perfect host; a lovely lady full of invaluable advice and information. She gave us a really helpful introductory talk about this great town and then remained discreetly available if we needed her.
The apartment is just as pictured, the bedroom maybe even bigger than it shows and it was great to be able to use the barbeque in the garden to cook our fresh squid.
As other guests have said it is the perfect location to stay in, as you can spend the day easily in this area (Puntamika) with its beaches, bars and restaurants (you must visit Niko's restaurant for the biggest seafood platter you've ever seen at a great price). Or it's a lovely 25 minute walk by the sea down to the Old town. We mostly walked in to town and got the bus or a taxi back (around £4).
Zadar is an amazing place and this apartment a real gem. We would definitely love to go there again.

Zlata was the loveliest host, without ever being intrusive she made us feel welcome and at home. She introduced us to the flat - which is very accurately described - and then made us coffee on the shaded terrace whilst showing us the map of the region and chatting about what we could do during our stay.
The flat was exactly what we wanted, cosy with air conditioning & wifi, a power shower and small kitchen. It provided a home away from home for chilled out evenings and lazy mornings, as well as being ten minutes walk to the marina and a pebble beach with beautiful views across the bay. Zadar Old Town is a short bus ride (10kuna) away or we walked it which takes about 45mins and the views along the coast make it feel shorter.
We drove and felt the car was perfectly secure and safe at Zlata's and it provided us with the freedom to go on day trips without begin reliant on organised tours.
This flat is described perfectly and the host cannot be praised highly enough for making you feel welcome in Zadar and in the apartment. It is the thoughtful details that Zlata puts into your stay which means it is truly an individual experience i.e. citronella candles, mini hair-dryer, mosquito repellant plug-in, little pots of pasta & rice.
Oh God, I made the biggest mistake in my English .... For so darling, lovely, attractive, opened .....and very beautiful person, I wrote wrong word, which
is very similar in the pronunciation ( for the stranger ) but not in writing.
SORRY Katherine I really like you !!!!!!!!
We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. We stayed for five nights and Zlata was very helpful and informed us about the area and the city of Zadar. She recommended good restaurants, beaches and sightseeing spots.
The apartment was very clean. Everything for daily life was provided.
We can really recommend this apartment...
Mrs. Zlata is a charmed and very friendly host. She always welcome us with a big smile and willing to help us to understand Zadar and find the best places to visit.
The apartment is nice with beautiful garden, where we can feel chilled having the morning coffee or bottle of beer in the afternoon. It is well equipped with the necessities which make you feel like home with a reasonable price.
What I like most is the apartment provide you very convenient access to the beach. It is only ~8 minutes walking and you reach a small but the most beautiful beach, with the stunning view in the sunset.
Zlata is a perfect host. She was very kind and smiling all times. Me and all my family (my mother and kids) feel like visiting realtives:-).
Apartman is clean and very nice, exatcly like on the pictures....and the terrace is beautiful!
Supermarket is within 5 minutes on foot. Two beautiful beaches you can get up to 10 minutes. Also you can visit a few bars and restaurants in the same walking distance.

About the Host, Zlata
Hi! I am Zlata and I come from a historical town Zadar. I live in the house with my loving husband and we have three beautiful (already grown up) children. I am economist by occupation but for a quite long time I also worked as a clockmaker and owned a clockmaker shop. I enjoy life and company and each day I try to learn and create something new. I love to travel and I travel as often as I can but I also love to meet people from all around the world. I think that enriches life unmeasurabely.
