Brand new Vacation Rental built next door to our popular Cypress Edge Lakehouse. This bungalow includes covered RV parking with full hookups. It will sleep up to 12 with an all glass window view overlooking Lake Claiborne on the north side of the lake. Master suite with king bed and private bath, 2nd story private bedroom nook with double bed, loft with 2 full beds, 4 twins and full bath. Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining! Private boat dock and lots of green space for family outdoor fun!

The space
You will love everything about this modern cabin and the stunning view of the lake. So many bonus features that you will not find anywhere else in North Louisiana. Beginning with the open '15 x '50 RV concrete pad for those traveling in their own RV but want extra space to house other family members. Bungalow lakefront deck has outdoor griddle and smoker as well as an outdoor "outhouse" with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day in the sun. Interior has full kitchen with a large breakfast nook booth surrounding a custom cypress wood dining table, living room with electric fireplace and wet bar, laundry closet, master bedroom with full bathroom that includes a free standing tub and separate shower. The kitchen island and bathroom vanities feature our stunning hand cut walnut countertops, hand made by owner Mark Dunn. *UPDATE ON NEW FEATURE* July 2025- we now have a bug mister system on the eaves of the house to help keep the pesky lake bugs away!

Spend hours with your family by the firepit off the back deck or in the hot tub. Never miss your favorite ballgame on the back deck with our 65" smart tv that swivels all angles. Plenty hooks for beach towels all over the piney deck, as well. Create an unforgettable mood by lighting the gas torches found on the corners of the deck, overlooking the firepit and lakeshore. End your days on the over the water hammock watching the sunset. An environment that your family will always want to come back to year after year!
